I don’t understand why they have to be so incredibly rude every single time I’ve been in there for 15 years…. I currently have a well… but a friend asked me to go and pay their bill for them… And I see nothing has changed since I had them as my provider.
Was a month behind paid the bill two weeks ago new bill released. Wasnt even received yet and water was shut off two days before thanksgiving.
No compassion for people or situations.
Charged me almost double regular bill for reconnection.
The manager who every he is was and is VERY RUDE and NASTY. First time that I’ve every experiencing that from them in the 10 years I been live in Gaston. The way he spoke to me when I called in was terrible. SMH
