My mother-in-law’s deteriorating medical condition was treated over the phone. Unacceptable.
Great group of knowledgeable physicians, PAs and NPs.
My mother-in-law sadly lost her life while in the care of this practice, and their lack of followup and escalation during the progression of her condition was astoundingly negligent.
Dr. Kaplan puts his ego ahead of patients and I advise to find another specialist who will treat you with respect!

Do not come here! I was referred here by my PCP due to blood in stool. The specialist prescribed an colonoscopy with biopsy for colon cancer. It costed me over $2000 for the colonoscopy and biopsy. There was nothing wrong and no treatment was necessary. It took me over 2 years to pay the bill off. Totally a rip off.

Incredibly rude doctors that won’t even make eye contact with you or pretend to pay attention during your consult. Also, expect to sit on hold for at least an hour each time you call, regardless of the day of the week or time of the day. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.
