unprofessional staff, wait for 15 minutes on hold, but they charge you if you are ONLY 5 minutes late for appointment. the front desk ladies are rude too, the call center people are rude too.

Had an appointment for 2 months. They canceled it last minute and I couldn’t change my day off. I hope I don’t die waiting for these people to allow me to be treated for the healthcare I pay for.
I love the Doctor…. but they require you to be there 15 mins early…. But are never on time… Like…. Never…. We always have to wait at least an hour after our appointment time .. sometimes even longer. Today included! One hour….still waiting….

Dr. Sande is the best doctor and very much worth the wait to see. He has the experience and people skills to treat all conditions. He answered all my questions both at the appointment and via phone or email! Staff were very nice and prompt.
Dr. Hsieh saw my husband right away and helped to get him appointments with other doctors to treat his GI and Cancer problems. He went above and beyond and made a very difficult time a bit easier.
