Don’t go to Gateway and expect them to live up to the terms of the contract. My contract ended Sept. 30 of 2015 as of Dec. 29 they have refused to end billing me thru NYSGE . They have charged me an excessive rate for the past 3 months. I have now filled a complaint with the public service comm. Very poor company to deal with!
