  14. Customer service is VERY rude, we called requesting a payment book or at least a monthly statement – we didn’t know where to send our payments – we were just given an address and was charged $10 extra for making the payment over the phone. SMH!!!

  26. That place is like a collective of idiots. My car was considered a total loss the insurance payed off the car, the received the check and somehow managed too lose it.
