They are expensive, they have poor customer service and they still have low/lame usage caps… (even on the plans that are “unlimited” with their “fair use policy”). They are complete garbage and I would love to dump them if I had another option.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever delt with. This company is penalizing the guy I’m dating account cause of $64 I owe on something from 2005 now he has to drive 6.5 hrs to get to any civilization just to pay a bill or if any of the other phones have problems. Yukon TV is defective. Often TV goes off. On hold, they say how much they love Alaska…yet Customer service reps are off-shore. Streaming is the alternative. PBS is available as are Amazon, Disney+, Acorn etc.
Trash service, insanely overpriced. Flat out liars about connection speed, customer service is useless. Phone service is always spotty even in the middle of town. and their APP to pay them for the robbery amounts they ask for their steaming …

I have regular internet outages, almost weekly. I’ve never seen anything so bad. They just can’t provide reliable service. Time to switch to DSL.
