a bank that has no idea how to communicate to its customers when there are data breach issues. They just deactivate your card and its your responsibility to go to them. Seems they don’t know what email is or how to use it.

The mortgage department is good. Definitely don’t deal with Patti Orioli. She is the rudest woman I’ve ever met. She needs to retire as she has no people skills whatsoever. She must have had a nasty life to talk to people the way she does.
