Either completely incompetent or completely corrupt. Seven months after purchasing equipment, I received a balance due for three times what I was quoted (and paid on-site).
Horrible, and it’s been that way for YEARS. Mismanaged, rude and incompetent staff, just an awful experience that I can’t believe Genesis let’s continue, considering how much better other aspects of their business are. Unfortunately my health insurance only allows this place.

I was hesitant to come to this store due to some reviews but it was close and I needed help. Found out they were so pleasant and helpful. Extortionists. As a CDL holder I have to have the readings from my cpap, but because I won’t pay their outrageous prices on supplies the charge $25 for the readings after they shut down the wireless on my cpap.
Darci and Angela were great in checking cost and benefits with my new insurance. Darci was also very helpful and thorough when explaining the options with a recliner. Highly recommend.

The doctor sent them over 2 request and they say they have not received it. They are rude!

I have been dealing with Genesis H. M. now for a couple of years. They handle my oxygen supplies. I have not had any problems.
