Always a pleasant visit. The, staff very polite and helpful. Been ,going here for around 5-6 years. They, work with me. I’m a truck driver over the road.
Subpar care and poor communication. Rx’s weren’t sent to pharmacy, received a bill for $125 for a flu test and that’s with insurance. Very expensive / overpriced. Employees performed testing incorrectly/ lacking training. Employees didn’t have on name badges.
Mask required which was good. I was the only one in the waiting room. Taylor was prompt and pleasant as always and the blood work happened quickly. Love this office!!!
Emily Heyl was instrumental in helping a family member (young adult) put one foot in front of the other toward healing. We will be forever grateful to her for her skill, kindness and understanding. Seeing Emily was a game changer in her progress.
Rachael is very good and patient at explaining things so that people with minimal medical background can understand. She is also knowledgeable, and has a refreshing demeanor that is very welcome in this day and age.
Dr. Fardo Has been my PCP since 2016 and I have no complaints about her at all, just good things to talk about for both her and the nurse practitioners in her practice, the only thing I’d worry about is that people would like her and the practice so much that she would run out of room for new patients.

Dr Shoegel is very thorough. She gives you a very good examination and covers all aspects of your health making sure you convey to her anything that she may be able to treat and have you feeling better. I feel very confident in her ability to keep me well.

I’m a new patient at the practice and so far I’ve been nothing but impressed. I’m always brought back before my appointment time to have my vitals taken and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the doctor and am in and out promptly with my concerns addressed. Their lab is also very convenient and offers good rates.
