Rating a 1 because I couldn’t do negative points. This lab is over priced. Customer service is awful and extremly rude! Do yourself a favor and find someone else..
Giving it one start bc I can’t give zero. Got my claritest done twice and they waited 2 weeks the first time to tell me that my test wasn’t preformed. Got it again and here we are two weeks later and no results. The customer service is horrible and no one can give me any answers.
Actually a zero, this is a scam considering it has been sent under wrong insurance and no illnesses related to this comany at all, share with friends and esp. seniors . SCAM
Do you like working for a company with no long term benefits or job security? Do you like working for a company that conducts mass purges of its employees in order to save money? Well if you do, Bioreference is the place for you. In this …
I lost all trust in healrhcare in the USA and especially above mentioned lab. Their analysis are grossly wrong and misleading that give the surgeon the excuse to harm the patients for financial profit.
I wished there was an option for 0 stars. They charged my insurance and got paid, but they still
Sent me a bill for the full amount allegating that I had not insurance coverage. OMG! REALLY! I am NOT stupid. BE AWARE OF THEIR DISHONEST PRACTICES
Extremely rude. Tried to bill me instead of my insurance then asked if I had insurance and to give them that information. Declined and told them that my oncologist will forward them that information. I never ever give out information to …
Billed my daughter instead of my insurance. She tried to speak to them to verify her insurance information and the customer service reps just hung up on her twice. When she tries to call, sometimes she gets no answer and other times is left …
It pains me to give this company even one star. I would give zero if it were possible. What is the point of having a billing department, if not one of their employees is competent enough to resolve a simple error? …
If you enjoy being jerked around for a month over their billing error, this company is for you. If you like being called and texted by a David Brown (who apparently isn’t known by any of the billing department) and told the wrong …
This company is terrible. They charge so much money for blood work and I wasn’t told it was going to come up to 600$. I’m a self pay and felt really sick so I needed to get tested. How can you charge someone so much money being self pay …
Terrible company. Avoid using this company for maternity bloodwork. I had genetic testing done, which was covered by my BCBS PPO Insurance plan since I’m over 35 years old. Their testing cost $350 out of pocket if I didn’t go through …
Over priced
Horrible customer service, very rude.
Poor turn around time for a commercial lab facility.
Stupid ppl working here. Especially in customer service
Way overpriced… And customer service is a negative 1.. Very Rude and practically Yelling at me when I asked a question..

Over priced. Ask your doctor not to use them or send your stuff to another lab.
