The staff had excellent bedside manner and were comforting and kept me well informed. I was very nervous as I had a prior surgery after which I woke up in horrible pain. I told the anesthesiologist and he reassured me before the procedure and stayed with me until I was in recovery to make sure that did not happen. Highly recommended.

It was bedlam. The emergency room was understaffed and chaotic. People were yelling, moaning, and staggering around drunk or high, a woman even tried to steal my bag. I waited for 6 hours and finally left without seeing a doc. I couldn’t take it anymore.
