  1. Worthless HOA handlers. Have done absolutely nothing for my subdivision in 5 years except sent complaint letters over bogus nonsense. I’m honestly embarrassed that they handle my subdivision HOA contract.

  2. Very poor customer service from this company. Work requests often go unanswered and then excuses are made that the requests must have gone to their junk mail. Wont respond to voicemail either. Not worth the money.

  3. They have recently took over our community (mineral springs) and I have seen a lot of positive changes here. Hopefully they will continue to make this a better place to live and help protect our investment in this community.
