  8. This very large credit union is based in Duluth! The locals should really consider opening accounts. I open an account with the branch manager, Mercedes Messiah. Everyone was exceptionally helpful.

  9. Never had a bad experience on the phone or in person. Always answers my questions without transferring me to 3 or 4 different people. Don’t remember ever being put “on hold”.
