I was in the phone to with a lady to try to get the app setup any the lady wouldn’t help me cause she was concerned it wasn’t me when she asked the most specific questions that only I would know and they were answered to a tee and she still couldn’t help me plus she was rude one the phone
Terrible Bank…poor customer service and they’ll tow your car too if you’re in their lot longer than they think is appropriate. Would never ever do business there.
They won’t close my savings account. They are charging me 5.00 a month.I am up to$45.00. They won’t close my account until I pay them. They are going to charge me another $5.00 this month. Money hungry bank.
Absolute trash there is literally ZERO incentive to join this bank especially with all the options out there. Any other bank is a better choice than GFA.
When the entire branch is closed and only one window open , you would expect extended working hours. But today they are closing at 4pm without a notice ! At least use ATM that can make deposits

GFA needs to hire someone who understands technology. No one who can help you with online banking issues, just take a message and maybe someone will call you back in a few days. A bank not understanding technology and security is very risky in 2018.
Best Bank around, honestly I have nothing but good things to say about the team in the Peterborough Branch. Friendly, Courteous, Efficient and Precise. I’ve been a member for over 10 years and I couldn’t recommend a better Credit Union!!

They don’t even do secured loans without a high credit score which makes no sense for a SECURED LOAN. Maybe they don’t train employees properly. They never seem to know what they can and can’t do. Every time I have talked to a manager and then came in the teller tries telling you something totally different. Bank is a joke

Automatic one star because they don’t have a direct bank feed to QuickBooks Desktop.
Closes at 6pm and I call at 5pm for some help but they send me to voicemail immediately and tell me they’re closed way earlier than they should be.
