  6. Difficult to talk to someone on the phone. They always put you on hold. I’ve been trying to talk to “anyone” all morning. The phone system keeps reverting back to the main menu. Either they need more people or a better phone system….or both. Once you get in staff is OK.

Great doctors but when I was given a specialist referral they gave me a specialist that didn’t take my insurance and when i called them back they gave me another specialist that didn’t take it either. It wasn’t until the front desk of that second specialist gave me a name of a 3rd specialist that I could see. So that was kinda silly.
