  3. Tellers are sometimes rude as all hell. They also apparently have no idea what they’re doing either. Beware, if you go here, one person will tell you one thing, then later another person will tell you, “we don’t do that here”. Skip the frustration, go to a real bank/credit union.

Attitudes when I call, mistakes made on my loan, not following through with what I ask of them, had to explain how loan amortization works to the loan officer…. lastly I sent a few customers of mine in the beginning but quickly found out that was a mistake.
