Very inconsistent connections. The staff is helpful, but the internet service is unreliable.
Terrible internet. Have called the office about internet issues, nothing ever resolved. The lady that took over after Pat left is very unprofessional and rude.
Besides all the outages and the fact that I can never open anything internet related without buffer or just not being able to open it at all, it’s sub par.
In this day and age it is near impossible to share 1mbp upload speed with an entire family, too bad that is the best package they offer.
Terrible internet and they don’t care about it. We got upgraded to the “better” plan and it doesn’t work half the time. When it does work the highest score for testing it was 2mbps.
