Website conveniently doesn’t work when it’s time to pay your bill. It’s always “performing maintenance” until the day before bills are due. Then charge a late fee. They make it as difficult as possible to pay your bill. Charge a $1 fee to use a debit card? In 2022? Come on.
12 days late on a $35 bill and they just shut you off. Seriously???? You can’t even give struggling families 2 weeks? If there was an alternative company, I’d switch in 2 seconds flat. Too bad it doesn’t work that way.
