Tried calling water company , it’s not an emergency, but our water pressure is really low , we check our lines , nothing wrong , just wanted to see if they are working on lines on Newport highway or bright hope road , I can’t get answers.
Glenn Hills has been a great water service for me and my family! I have a newborn son that’s little over 3 months and since he was born things have been real tight especially being born right after the holidays and they have been very understanding and helpful and my bill is rarely over 30$ 👍👍 …
The office personnel have no personality! Over three years of going in, or through the drive~up lane, to pay my water bill and NEVER being greeted or thanked. I often wonder if they realize that we, the customer, pay their salary…

So far so good! I just setup new service over the phone being out of state. It was a breeze. Miss Whitney was so nice and helpful on the phone. The process was quick and simple. Service fees, billing and service schedule was all explained. Typical of most utility companies. Thanks Glen Hills!
