Glenwood hospital is the worse hospital in Monroe/West Monroe. They’re rude, the rooms are dirty and rusty looking like they ain’t changed the paint since they were built.

I cut my arm and went to Glenwood emergency room and the nurse came out and looked at my arm in less than ten minutes I was in the back getting triage done then went back into the room to get stitches from the nurse practitioner the nurse gave a tetanus shot and discharge papers all done within a hour we thank all the staff.

Glenwood ER does not even deserve a full star. The doctor we saw was very absent minded and not urgent at all. My sister came in after a side by side accident and they whole ER seemed slow and unorganized. Some of the staff was rude and would not even let be back to see my sister. The front desk folks were very friendly and professional. I had no wait time to get registered and taken to the department I had my appointment for. I had my son here on 10/28. All of the staff in every department were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable from checking in to being discharged. We had wonderful nurses for both myself and my son. The rooms were a good size and very clean. I would recommend them again and again. I am so grateful for the care we received.

I knew upon arrival at Glenwood I was going to be okay. The admission desk personnel was quick and efficient, then immediately placed in a room where vitals were taken, followed by X-rays, then Doctor explained where I could understand what my issue was. Each person that took care of me was efficient, caring and eased my anxiety.
