Don’t like the idea of having to have phone service with Internet if we don’t use land line. Paying for something we don’t use. I would not recommend it
Cable go’s out on a regular bases some time for hrs and they keep taking channels off the package I don’t think the cable part of the company is that important to them like it use to be

Forced to have landline phone that no one uses. Costs an extra $40 a month for it as well. Bandwidth isn’t the greatest and we occasional have issues with streaming Netflix while playing on tablet.

Paying $100 for our internet to be down more than not. They came out and supposedly “fixed it” once, but it keeps cutting out or lagging. Thankful to be moving soon as we won’t have to use them for internet any longer.

They keep shutting my internet off even when I payed and up to date on the billing. So I keep having to pay extra to get it turned back on.
