  1. Worst internet provider around. As well as the only provider around since they hold Grafton hostage by keeping there unfair monopoly of internet services in lock. The owner is either a completely despicable genius with horrible business practices or an absolute failure of a business owner and is an incompetent person.

  2. The “manager” Joel, swore at me on the phone. He was clearly frustrated because he was unable to solve my issue. FYI he is “Cisco Certified”…. Maybe back in 1995….

  5. The internet is spotty. Sometimes its good and other times it’s bad. If you have the option to pick any other ISP do it. You will save yourself a lot of hassle.

  27. Overpriced and outdated. The on screen cable guide hasn’t been updated in years. Channel listings are inaccurate. Some channels look like they’re being pulled in off an old antenna, complete with “snow”. Want an HD box and dvr? That’ll be $25 extra per month.
