Water tastes worse than Austin water and they charge just as much. Who has ever heard of a membership fee? But that’s what happens when companies corner a market. Crooks!
Danny is amazing!!! We just got back from out of town & Danny knocked on our door this morning to let us know that we have had a water leak for the past couple days. He told us what we needed to do to fix it, which was the biggest help we could’ve ever asked for. It’s nice to know people like Danny work for our water company.

I have called 3 times now to get my bill explained and everyone I have spoken is unaware of the service prices and products the company offers. The employees need to be educated because they can’t tell you the difference between a consumption charge and sewer charge. The difference is literally in the name. Sad.

Paying at the window is quick and free since there is an additional fee when paying online. Make sure you bring your billing statement.
