I worked here for about almost 2 weeks they messed up my first paycheck and then they were actually trying not to pay me when I told him that they messed up my paycheck it’s been probably almost 4 days and I still haven’t seen a dime from my paycheck this company is really horrible you don’t wanna work for them

Terrible service. They rarely come on the scheduled day, sometimes miss our whole block. Had to call the township to get them to pick up our recyclables, after they sat at the curb for 4 days. I hope Elk Twp goes back to Waste Management.

The company has not come to pick up trash for three consecutive weeks. I call the customer service, She say that I will definitely get it next week, but not come to pick up the trash.The customer service will only answer the message to the manager, but they have not answered the phone to solve the problem.

Anthony Carite called me said he can’t friggin do anything for me. He was so ignorant and rude. Couldn’t believe the way he spoke. Made me sign a yr contract. Took my monthly payment on Friday and Monday said they’re not servicing my house. The contract stated legal binding agreement for trash pick up once a week for 12 months.
For the past two months, I’ve watched the same trash guy throw my trash cans so they are breaking now. He also vindictively throws my cans in my driveway so I can’t pull in/out. My cans are nowhere near my driveway so he does it purposefully. So tired of this company!
