Inconvenient hours and aren’t open on weekends. No around the clock assistance which is unfortunate Customer service is decent once you get there though. Just not convenient enough for everyday banking
We went to get a print out of a couple deposits. The 20.00 fee was crazy but then the bank manager Gail said that we couldn’t pick them up till the following day. We didn’t go right before closing either. I’ll be switching banks now.
At least Golden valley credit union beats big banks such as with chase bank.
