I went in with chestpains. I was admitted quickly and efficiently and taken to a room on the second floor. The male attendant brought a wheelchair that was extra wide and the seat material was old and stretched out and I was sitting on the …

Last week (Tuesday), I had the worst ER experience of my life. I spent a 10 hour day there, half in the outside waiting room and the other half sitting on a gurney in the ER hallway outside the individual private rooms. Non-attentive, …
sort of pointless to leave this review but honestly don’t go here unless you are actively dying. if you have literally any other option i would seek that out instead (urgent care, pcp, witch doctor, street medicine). Went in to the ER …
I had an outpatient procedure done there a couple of weeks ago and have nothing but great things to say about Good Samaritan. Every person I met was extremely caring and nice and I felt like I had nothing to worry about. Prior to the …
I experienced the best care you could ask for. Knowledgeable doctors and nurses, caring and great mannered. If you need to be in a hospital this is a great one to be at. Thank you to all my doctors, nurses and technicians.
The ER was the worst 😞!!!!???🤬 But to be honest there was couple of doctors that truly where knowledgeable and want to help you!!!!
It seem like everybody else said Good Samaritan would say something like you …
If there is something lower than a one star I will give. In sever pain, left after 4hrs without seeing a doctor. Like worst ER experience ever…….can’t even comprehend
I dont like tge idea of getting a phone call from the buisness office asking me if i would pay my 1,000 dollar deductible up front for my day surgery on 3/8 first of all i dont have a 1,000 deductible and what person today can pay up …
The ED receptionist was rude and showed no empathy. She shuffled papers while I stood in pain. No attempt was made to ask about my condition or even my name. She merely directed me to take a seat. When she finally motioned for me to …
I had outpatient tests. Very prompt, polite, caring, compassionate, and friendly. The medical field is hard today with COVID and my ❤ goes out to all. Take care, stay safe, get your shots, and stay COVID free.
All staff professional and very courteous. The wait time was extensive but judged by the number of ambulances that went by, understandable.
Addressed my needs, explained everything as they went and throughout …
I have gone to this facility a few times for outpatient surgery with Dr. Jason Fanuele and also Dr. Sussman. The staff is outstanding, extremely kind. Its actually not stressful at all, and you are done and out very quickly with none of the endless paperwork like a big hospital. I have nothing but good to say about this facility!
Although the medical personnel were wonderful, I sat in the waiting room from 8:30 PM until 7:30 the next morning in order to be seen. By the time the doctor treated my injury, it was almost too late for stitches! I was also so tired that it was difficult to process his instructions.
I had an excellent experience at Good Samaritan Medical Center. I went to the Emergency room after I injured my leg. I ended up with a broken fibula near the ankle. The Phycian’s Assistant, Emily, was wonderful. I was in and out in a short period of time, with xrays and a splint on my foot. Very pleased with the care I received.
I went to ER at 4:00 am in pain, had only 3 people on the waiting room, they are not busy at all, no ambulances coming or rush. I guy next to me felt off on the floor and they let him there for 2 hours before take care of him. I waited …

I was so grateful that Dr. Lawson called me himself after I left a voicemail that I was hoping to get the Monclonal Anti-bodies because I was sick with Covid while on a road trip. He made me feel less anxious and that the GSM wanted to …
I went to er with severe stomach pain and I waited for 4 hours in the waiting room with nothing being done. Then I tried leaving and had to wait another hour because they said the nurse would need to check my vitals before discharge but no one did anything for an hour. I just walked out. Worst experience.
My day surgery was perfect from 5:30 am arrival until discharge at 11:15 am. All the nursing staff I was assigned to were so helpful and so pleasant from start to finish! Trish, Donna and Darlene were some of the nurses assigned to me, …
The staff at Good Sam is amazing! As my first time on the property I was getting lost heading to different buildings for various appointments. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and the medical professionals I met with made you feel comfortable and cared for. Great local neighborhood health care!!
Emergency brought me in and my experience was better than I had expected. Brought to my own room, only saw 4 people from beginning to end, registration person, nurse, attending Dr. & Emergency Room Doctor. During this Covid virus time I was very nervous about being in a hospital but I was very comfortable & felt safe.
Came into the ER for dizziness, vomiting and inability to walk without assistance. In take was quick: blood drawn, CT scan etc. However I spent HOURS waiting to talk to a doctor about the results. I vomitted four times while I was here on …
The wound care team is top notch they go above and beyond . They are all a delight to see and chat with you are not just another patient with them. I know who wants to go to a wound center but I don’t mind at all they make me feel important I’ve been going for 5 plus years. Don’t hesitate to give the team a chance.
I hate this hospital! Leading up to this point, all my ER experiences here were always bad. The staff are horrible and have an attitude problem. I’m sure there’s a few that are nice but I never saw them the multiple times I came to this …
I had colon surgery there and had some complications with my kidneys. Everything is fine now. The nurses treated me like I was there brother. They went above and beyond taking care of me. They were so kind and caring to me and everyone …
Wish these stars went into the negatives, my experience here is not worth 1 star. I sat in the ER waiting room for a total of 10-11 hours. After all this time a new triage nurse came out to tell everyone is the rudest possible way that they …
I had to just about walked to the end of all your property to get into the main entrance I feel this is very unfair and I am 80 years old and it was a long walk
First off the waiting room is gross. People leave their trash and it’s never cleaned. Secondly, the staffs communication is awful. I understand they are busy, but to not update family members in anyway after hours of waiting is …
The staff is great. The issue I have is waiting times at the ER. You need to put an addition on to grow with the population. Over 7 hours in the ER is not acceptable.

I’ve been here with my wife for 8h straight with not attention no resorts nothing and all be talking about their personal life and they don’t check on patients, it’s crazy how come a person come to emergency and wait for 8h and nobody takes …
I’m appalled. 10 hours is a completely unacceptable wait time. Doctor’s offices post delays allowing the arriving patients to prepare for the wait or reschedule. If it had been stated that the wait may exceed 6 hours, I might have gone …
This hospital doesn’t run efficiently! I had a student start my ultrasound without a tech in the room watching her. She finished after about 45 minutes got the tech, when the tech came in she redid the ultrasound cause her name is attached …

I went to hospital by ambulance on Mon Nov 22. I had an open pilon fracture, one of which I have never had. I sat in e.r. for a couple hours, before being brought upstairs to the o.r. The staff there was absolutely phenomenal!!!! One of the best experiences I’ve had, being seen at an hospital I’ve never been to.
I was treated with the utmost respect before, during and after my procedure. The nurses who work there are extremely professional. The physician kept me informed all the time. I would not hesitate to go there again for any procedure.
Excellent care although the check in procedure could stand to be revised! Sent to the wrong departments twice, without paperwork causing unnecessary delays. Kudos to Eric, the nurse in the room for his professionalism, kindness and skill …
I have had many surgeries here, and each one was successful. (Even my hysterectomy for ovarian cancer. ) I never worry when I need anything done here. Great doctors, great nurses. even great housekeeping staff. I always feel at home.

One of the most worse hospitals that we have in Brockton. From having a 6+ hr wait in the emergency room alone before having to wait another 3+ hr before even being seen by the doctor. This hospital is a joke. And unless you want to be seen …

I went to the hospital feeling l was experiencing heart palpitations. I was greeted and taken care by the intake receptionist and admitting nurse with care and concern. The PA assistant, doctor, x-ray tech, blood drawing technician were …
I would leave 0 stars if possible. I waited 6 hours and was not seen. Eventually I left and went to a different ER 20 minutes away and was seen within a half hour. Do not waste your time, drive an extra hour and go somewhere else it’ll still be faster.
The care I received IN the ED was first rate. Excellent doctor and nurse. However, when I first arrived at reception at 2 am writhing in pain, there was nobody at the reception desk to greet me for between 5-10 minutes. I kept asking the …

The entire staff at Good Samaritan hospital was OUTSTANDING! I Cannot say enough about the dedication of these wonderful people. I was in the hospital for 5 days and they made it go by quickly.
Wonderful staff at Women’s Imaging located on Roach Brothers Way in Easton. They are professional and caring from the front desk staff to the technicians and doctors.
They purposely keep the place under staffed so you leave and they can bill your insurance regardless. Worst hospital in the state, it should be condemned and burned to the ground. An absolute disservice having this place in our community
Waited 12 hours in the hallway until they could find a room.. had temp of 103. Was freezing all night..3 days later and 3 x-rays was diagnosed with walking pneumonia ! …

I have been a patient of Dr. Wong and other Drs. at this practice for more than ten years. Every visit/ procedure has gone as planned from start to finish. Front desk staff are friendly and the Nurses are always comforting and professional …
The staff made me feel as though I was a person that came to seek help, not a nuisance that came to bother them. The nursing staff really cared for their patients.
Last Saturday I had an unfortunate fall in my garage and split my cheek open. My wife took me to the ER and when we got there she went in and someone came out with a wheelchair to get me as I was in a lot of pain and felt like I was going …
Would never go back here. I waited 8 hours for nothing and when I asked the repseptionist if anyone could help me clean up my split finger that was bleeding and infected she told me I could go in the back and look for a nurse myself.
This has been one of the worse hospital experience I have been at the ER for almost 8 hours still has no clue what is wrong with me and I’m still in pain. Only one person is registering people and The nurses have no answer no communication or structure just great
I came to Good Sam’s Same Day Surgery unit on Wednesday June 15th for a PICC line placement and first dose of antibiotics due to a severe case of Lyme Arthritis. Everyone, including the nurses in the cath lab were outstanding. A special shout out to Joan in SDS, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Thanks
Absolute worst care I’ve ever had in my life. I went in on an ambulance at 11pm because I was having sharp pains in my chest and back and was having trouble breathing. They kept me in the waiting room until 8:15am. When they took me into …
Great experience and care, technician is always kind and efficient. The only negative is the wait. 30 minutes is a long time to sit and wait for a scheduled appointment. I understand things happen and staff volume is low right now but the wait other years is long as well.
Called today because my PCP is retiring and wanted to change out my doctor, since I’m under my husband insurance he first attempted but was denied and I was busy at my work however placed the call myself and was grateful for the speed …
This hospital USED to be the better hospital in the area but it is obvious by the lack of staff and the inefficient processes, the modus operandi is money over care. I was having heart concerns and knew the only way I would be seen in the …
Had a day surgery procedure done at Good Sam’s. Had my own doctor so was very happy about that. The nursing staff was wonderful. All so kind and helpful. After all they have been through this past year they still had smiles and were very upbeat.

I went with breathing difficulties. I sat in the waiting room for 4 hours. I then asked how much longer only to be told 4 plus more hours. I then left and went to urgent care the next day where I was diagnosed with covid. I would not recommend going to Good Samaritan ER.
Went here for elbow surgery. Everyone from receptionists, anesthesiologist, nurses, and doctors were great. Follow up care also. I would recommend this center.
Ive been in the ER for 4 hours waiting for blood results. No one’s has came to see me or check to see how I’m doing. The nurses are no help . I complained numerous times and they did nothing. Completely ridiculous. I would understand if it was crowded but there’s literally no one here. SMH crazy .
If I could give no stars I would this use to be my go to hospital not any more waited 6hrs before I left with out being treated way understaffed and I was told that by multiple nurses never again will I go here!!

Staff was pleasant and compassionate, however I did wait OVER 12 hours in er to see doctor and have x-rays done..then they tell me there was still 12 people ahead of me.. very disappointed in hospital

I couldn’t have had a better experience. Every department from CAT scan, ER, floor to surgery was attentive to my needs. They kept me updated, and informed throughout the process which was really nice because it was Thanksgiving.
Going to the emergency clinic at this hospital was the worst decision of my life. I went in with such a terrible stomach pain I could barely walk. After two hours the rude, oblivious nurses took me in. They took my temperature and asked my …

My husband was brought to this hospital this morning at 11am with shortness of breath, dizziness, and chest pain. We were there waiting to be seen for 8 hours. We would have left and gone to another hospital had they not already drawn blood …
Overall all experience very good. Quality of care excellent, facility was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only suggestion would be to streamline and simplify registration at the from desk. There was a bit of a wait, the transaction paper intensive but the staff were friendly and acomodating.
I don’t even wanna leave this review but let’s just say I went in on Thursday, December 16 at 5:45 PM to receive care. At 6:50 PM I had labs drawn I waited for six more hours until it was 12 midnight and began to question services. I was …

I got in to a car accident and have been waiting for 6 hrs to be seen and remind you I came out of an ambulance. For future reference if you get in to a car crash don’t not I repeat not come here you will be treated like a second hand citizen.
I had a knee replacement in March 16. Every professional at Good Samaritan is super friendly, pleasant, and completely geared towards the patient comfort snd experience. From the nursing staff, nursing AIDS, PT and OT , anesthesia to the pre admission testing and imaging. I had a fabulous experience and highly recommend.

I have to say I was pretty nervous about my nuclear stress test to look closer at my heart but every person evolved made me feel quite relaxed. The staff was very professional and accommodating to all of my needs. I would definitely recommend Good Samaritan Hospital.
I only see my heart specialist at Good Samaritan and I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with the care given. My doctor always contacts me immediately after reviewing any medical report and always explains everything in detail. It would be nice if all my doctors were as thorough.
The care in this facility has declined dramatically it’s sad my mother was in the emergency room with soiled undergarments for hours before I got there and stared barking sad because I love good sam they just need new hires and a lot more added care
The nurses and doctor were rude. Nobody seemed to want to tell me what the plan was for my stay there. Questions from me were treated like radiation. Nobody went anywhere near them. Nobody provided any answers. Despite how many times I told …
I had the best treatment from beginning to end! All the staff was extremely friendly, professional, respectful and compassionate. I will definitely tell anyone in need of ortho surgery of my great experience.
Greeted and checked in very quickly. Respiratory techs were courteous, friendly, and very professional. Thoroughly e plainer every test. Handicapped parking, as usual, was full as was entire lot. Had to use valet parking which was well worth the $5 tip.
First time I came to this ER I waited 7.5 hours after getting here at 4pm. This time got here at 10am and waited 11 hours before walking out. Got bloodwork done at 1:30 and still sitting after 8:45pm with nothing done in the last 7+ hours. …

The visit was great. From reception to mammogram administration, all people I encountered were kind and caring. I do wish providing the results was handled differently. They said they would issue the results to my pcp who would then let me …
This is my second time at this facility. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. They are very attentive to patient needs and thorough with explaining everything along the way.
Decided to cancel my appointment with my primary care doctor to be seen at the hospital. Been waiting here now for about 8hrs going on 9. Wasn’t offered any water or snacks, and a couple of vending machines were down if you did want …
What a wonderful experience the nurse who assisted me in the pulmonary department. She was so nice. She made my heart smile. We had a very nice conversation. She made me feel comfortable. And the testing was done with ease. Thank you so much.
Tammy and Pam were amazing nurses! So pleasant, friendly, endearing, helpful…. So evident they truly care about their patients! Dr Sussman is the best! Lucky to have been able to have this procedure with such an amazing doctor and staff! Thank you all!
Doctors, nurses, assistants, techs and admin support have all been wonderful while I’ve been on my cancer journey. Would have gotten 5 stars if the billing was managed correctly or easily understood. I used to be a medical biller and there …
It’s a good thing to witness first hand the level of exceptional care and service that I have got from checking in at the ER department of Good Samaritan Medical Center. A great team of specialists and professionals who have for so many …

I had a catscan and a bone scan at Good Sam, the gentleman that was there was great, very friendly and professional, made me relax, after my catscan they give you a shot that goes through your body, you have to come back 3 hours later for the bone scan, when I got back he said give me 2 minutes and I will take you right in, and he did,
I went to the hospital bcuz I was feeling horrible and all they did is triage and draw labs that’s it… after 5 hours I couldn’t wait anymore, so I decided to go home.I was in the parking lot throwing up. It’s the worst emergency room I’ve …
These hospital used to be a good hospital, until covid-19 hate. They keep using covid-19 as an excuse for the way they’re treating the people that come for care. I went there one time with my 3 years old, she wasn’t feeling good at all, I …
From start to finish this surgery was pure professionalism. Super group of medical staff that made my experience an easy and safe one. You people Rock!. Thank you all.
I was very disappointed with the level of service I received. I mean does it really take 5 hours to check x-rays. Not to mention the 4yr old with a head injury was waiting 8 hrs. That is unacceptable.
Wonderful hospital that provides fantastic care! The staff work so hard to keep up with the huge volume of patients, but always have positive attitudes!
It was a wonderful experience. I got to my appointment 45min early and they were fine with that and got me registered and in line for my appointment. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming, not just to me but everyone who was …
Arrived at 11:45pm and left at 6am without being seen. Took 2 hours to be triaged. Nobody was called back at all from 2am-6am. There was a small baby in there BEFORE I got there who had an awful cough and was visibly uncomfortable.. that poor child was still waiting when I walked out and left.
They did all they can with two doctors on staff with 20+ people waiting. Reason they’re getting two stars is because the nurses couldn’t be bothered to call for a technician to draw blood, or let us know that we would have to stay there …
The people that work here are great.. when you get to see them.. This is just such a poorly mismanaged place it’s difficult to have any trust coming here. This is the third time in a row that I’ve had a 7+ hour wait in the ER to see a …
This place is a joke kinda makes one miss Norwood hospital. From their “follow up” care from patient advocacy (never happened) to their general compassion to their complete and utter incompetence in documenting patient care and interactions. Congrats on being number one in an area with 0 competition!
Could be organize better I worked in the healthcare profession for over 25 years and I’ve never seen them take a group of eight people in at all at once there’s no separation of space or even acknowledgment that we are still in a pandemic despite one of the couples displaying obvious signs.
I came in with the worst pain I had ever felt. After an 8 hour wait, I got looked at for 5 minutes and then left alone for another 2 hours. 10 hours in excruciating pain. Then I was discharged without ever seeing my attending doctor. I will never make the mistake of coming here again. Never.
By far the worst ER experience in my life! 6 hours and no one even acknowledged us! You get in triage in 20 min then never see another person! The worse part is they called a Isabelle 8 times over 4 hours! Clearly after waiting for who …
I really don’t know how does the hospital has 4 reviews these is one of the worst hospital in Massachusetts these people I mean the nurses are rude to there clients include the doctors are so rude these place should have been shut down

Nursing care is excellent. Long wait in the ER but what’s new. Amazing surgeon and anesthesia. Post update number one getting plenty of support. Food is not unexpected is less than stellar but they do make a wonderful grilled cheese bacon and tomato sandwich.
I had an MRI with Good Samaritan at their Compass Medical site in East Bridgewater. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. It was a very positive experience.
Do not go to good Sam er if your are truly sick. You will wait hours. I also watch a nurse tell a person in a wheelchair that she could not help her go to the bathroom. Because technically she was not a patient yet. So after I helped her I left and went Morton instead. Had the full hammer of test and was admitted.
I went to Good Samaritan Medical Center for a mammogram and bone density test. While the tech was great, very respectful and made me comfortable, the front desk people were rude and so unpleasant. They left us standing in line for over ten …
The Wound Care center staff are friendly, knowledgeable and supportive! Very patient centered and provide clear concise explanation of treatment in patient-friendly language. Always feel welcome and appreciated

If I could give zero stars I would. I had a TERRIBLE experience at this hospital. I understand how short staffed you are. I was there from 11:30am to 9:00pm is when I walked out. The most irritating part is to watch people say they have …
Had a bad fall to my face. Went to the ER on the advice of my healthcare urgent care center.
At the ER checked in and was seen right away. Had a CT scan done. …
The worst. I will never go there again. My finger needed stitches they told me at least a six hour wait. What was the point in staying you can stitch anything after 7 hours. Rude beyond !! People sleeping in the waiting room some of …
The service is terrible, we waited a long time to be served. I spent more than 5 hours, if you can go to another hospital. And not to mention I lost a belonging and went to check with security and they were making some kind of joke, super unprepared.
The staff in every department was absolutely top notch from pre admission to the OR. Dr Val and his OR staff were SUPER. Made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Have had other surgeries at Good Sam’s and was treated the same …
My mother had surgery here last night 5/23/2022. She has not received proper care following the surgery. She is supposed to stay at this hospital for a week after the surgery, maybe we will move to a hospital where they care for their …
I have always had a good experience with this hospital. I find the staff caring and very helpful. They have been quick to put me at ease as an outpatient, and an inpatient for surgeries and a heart attack. I’ve been there many times for …
I was at the Emergency Department for 14 hours waiting to be seen by a doctor. It was very frustrating & uncomfortable. Emergency rooms are no places for people who are in discomfort. I spoke with the triage nurse to see if I should stay or …
At my arrival at Good Samaritan I was greeted by a sweet lady. The wait wasn’t long before I was taken back to be triaged. They had great patience with my struggle to provide my new insurance coverage. …
From the time I entered the waiting area until I left several hours later, I can not say enough about the staff.. Pleasant, Kind & keeping watch on me until I left…The nurse who was caring for me after my surgery realized the pharmacy …
The receptionists are thorough and fast checking you in and the wait time in the waiting room was quite short. Also, I had the same technician as I had 2 years ago, and she remembered me. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my scan (both times). What can be a stressful appointment she made it very easy.
This appointment went well. The technician was very professional, friendly and kind. My only complaint was my appointment was for 615pm i did not go in until 630. I had a full bladder and it was hard to have to wait ,(to hold it , …

All of the staff in day surgery were amazing. They were fast efficient and very kind. I would 10/10 recommend going to Good Samaritan for any day surgery needs. The nurses were phenomenal. Gary Dyna and Kristen made me feel very well taken care of.
I brought my 92 grandmother in and was very impressed by the professionalism, and how nice everyone was. My grandmother was so happy eith the level of care. She bragged about her experience when she left. She stayed overnight 2 nights and …
Only giving one star because they won’t let you leave 0. By far the WORST ER on the south shore. I’ll risk my life and drive the extra 20 mins to Brockton Hospital next time.
The ER nurses are very friendly and ER is terrible. The providers come see you hours later and told me to follow up with my pcp. Ironically I was told to go to the ER if had certain symptoms. My pcp was not happy.
The worst hospital very understaffed and don’t take people medical concerns sincerely very inhumane. I waited 15away in the waiting work to get check for internal bleeding never even received stabilizing care wasn’t even that busy felt like when you ask staff to do there job it was the hardest thing ever for them
I am a new patient to Good Samaritan Medical Center I’ve had bad experiences with other medical centers so far so good they have been very pleasant and they also seem to care about my health conditions so reply I have been very satisfied
Worst service ever!! Been waiting for 9 hours now they just say there’s no bed available for people in the emergency area so you have to keep waiting like everyone. Definitely won’t recommend this place and I won’t be back.
I needed help to find my current doctor, and the lady that answered was being very lazy and sent me to another phone number instead of researching my information. I am currently in a lot of pain and did not get a call back.
The worst hospital ever. 13 hours, i have spent 13 hours in the ER and no assistance at all. Then why have an ER if patients are not treated with urgency? Either close this place up or find a new system, because this is putting people health and lives in risk 🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️ …
0 stars… This place sucks… They’ll make you wait in the waiting room til you voluntarily leave or die pretty much… Never again will I go back! Thanks bad Samaritan
Horrible , I went to the ER and was sitting there for about 6 hours to just have my blood drawn and be told I am being discharged. They didn’t do any scans any test or anything that they were suppose to do. After following up with my PCP …
The nurse/tech who preformed my MRI was very nice! She explained the process and was very tentative throughout an almost hour long MRI. I really appreciated that.
I love this place I was put into a room relatively quick. I was seen for the same issue I was seen at Signature healthcare in brockton and they told me I was fine sent me home no prescriptions or anything. But, here at good sams the we’re super thorough and found the root of the issue and got me a treatment plan. Thank you so much!
The worst experience and professionalism.I ever seen nurses have no respect nor do they care about their patients. My wife asked a simply question how long since its been 3 hours. The nurse yells at and degrades her and treated with no …

The front desk staff at this hospital should all be fired. Absolute trash can human beings. The way they speak to concerned family members is beyond disrespectful. …
Worst hospital you could ever come during an emergency. Staff are rude and doesn’t care about patient. The wait outside is too long for a patient who is sick. The wait will make a healthy person sick. Never come to this place and expect anything good from them.

I got the attention that I needed, staff was very knowledgeable and professional. It’s the first time I’ve been in an ER where I was never brought into the actual area with the beds. Instead, I was taken back-and-forth from the waiting room for services (X-rays, casting). Entire process about four hours.
Absolutely horrible! I went in by ambulance after a car accident I had a headache on impact and pain where my seatbelt hit. I was put in the waiting room for nearly six hours and wasn’t even called to get a scan. I’ve been here before and …
Was there from 9:30 til 3:30am ended up leaving in a Uber home. Wasn’t helped at all. Worst nurses and doctors. Dr.woods does not care about his patients. Stay far away from this hospital for an emergency.
I recently needed a CT scan done at Good Samaritan Hospital. I had to check in at the front lobby desk and although I waited in line for a few minutes, the person assisting me could not have been more friendly and efficient. I then …
Worst place ever.. boyfriend came by ambulance and we are still here 4 hours later.. doctor didn’t even come in to learn the reason for his admission.. they asked for a urine sample and left it on the counter the entire time. Ridiculous place, I always hated Good Samaritan.
My sister went to tge ER today 1/16/23 at 4p. It is now 4:30a on 1/17/23 and she is still waiting. People who came in after her have been seen and discharged. 12+ hours is really unacceptable for an ER…I would not recommend this facility at all. So much for “Emergency” Room.
Ever since COVID happened I think it’s ridiculous that people have to wait hours and hours just to be seen when who knows what they have they can be really sick I think it’s irresponsible make more room or send patients to different hospitals
My father in law was brought here 2 months ago by ambulance after we told them we wanted him to be brought to a different hospital. He had excruciating pain in his abdomen and was only seen by a nurse and left sitting in a hallway for …

I wouldn’t give this hospital any stars. I brought my wife in with ARDS, and liver failure, and the triage nurse said ” don’t het you’re hopes up we probably won’t find out what’s wrong with her”. Do not bring you’re loved one here!!!! They probably won’t help them with there medical emergancy!
A month ago my 96 year old grandmother was hospitalized because of a fall. The emergency room told my mother that nothing was broken, that was a mistake. The nursing home that the hospital discharged her to performed an x-ray on her hip and …

Overall a good visit. All staff was friendly and professional. Answered any questions and made it as stress free as possible. I would say if the Doctor is running over an hour 1/2 behind schedule a heads up is in order ..some info is better than none
Unfortunately I have had made several visits to the Er over the past year. Most of my experiences we’re okay to good except when having to deal with some if not all of the male nurses and security. As a former nurse who worked there I was …

My recent experience as a patient in the Same Day Surgery area and later in the emergency room was absolutely Great care!!! I will go back again if I need further care.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr Fanuele
and his team at Good Samaritan Medical Center. …
I waited …

Emergency brought me in and my experience was better than I had expected. Brought to my own room, only saw 4 people from beginning to end, registration person, nurse, attending Dr. & Emergency Room Doctor. During this Covid virus time I was very nervous about being in a hospital but I was very comfortable & felt safe.
terribly rude staff in the er. front desk has no idea what’s going on or what patents are in what rooms

The wound care team is top notch they go above and beyond . They are all a delight to see and chat with you are not just another patient with them. I know who wants to go to a wound center but I don’t mind at all they make me feel important I’ve been going for 5 plus years. Don’t hesitate to give the team a chance.

The staff was very nice. Informative and prompt. I’m glad I had been put in the care of Good Samaritan.
The staff is great. The issue I have is waiting times at the ER. You need to put an addition on to grow with the population. Over 7 hours in the ER is not acceptable.
Was seen pretty quick but ended up waiting for over an 1 hour in a patient room.

I was treated with the utmost respect before, during and after my procedure. The nurses who work there are extremely professional. The physician kept me informed all the time. I would not hesitate to go there again for any procedure.

All the people who work at Good Sam are wonderful. The only mishap was no one ever told me I needed to have a Covid test before my appointment.
Had to use Good Samaritan service to have a ultrasound done, the service was provided in a excellent manner.
I kept asking the …
Had op foot surgery here a week ago. Not my first ortho surgery; this was actually #17, so I have a lot of experience with many facilities. First and foremost, their pre-surgery screening was literally more thorough than facilities in …
Was great overall experience from reception to the services I needed. Downside was waiting, but wasn’t too bad
I had very good medical care here they referred me to text medical center for emergency didn’t see surgery on a mythical court hernia they took very good care of me the ovariety do you have a very tentative to my needs
I went thank dr Sullivan and the nurses who did a great job on taking care me
They purposely keep the place under staffed so you leave and they can bill your insurance regardless.
Good gravy. 11 hour wait in ER. Feel bad for staff. Other people waiting bare (dirty) feet propped up on furniture. Icky experience and frustrating
I had an awful experience here. I came in for a very painful infection for which I waited 10 hours in the ER. I received no care whatsoever and ended up having to go home at 3am to get some rest. I was crying in pain and no one cared. I was …
The staff at Good Samaritan Medical Center are very professional, they so kind, respectful and polite. They treat the patient good, they know how to talk to people. When it’s come to schedule an appointment with a specialist they don’t …
I’ve used Good Samaritan Medical for a number of years now. I recently had a ct scan. The process is very easy and the staff was wonderful. I saw my pulmonologist (Dr Hamada) 2 days later. He is one of my favorite doctors and my other …
I went with breathing difficulties.
I’ve been waiting 6 hours so far in the emergency room but still haven’t been seen by a doctor. Terrible.
Ive been in the ER for 4 hours waiting for blood results. No one’s has came to see me or check to see how I’m doing. The nurses are no help . I complained numerous times and they did nothing. Completely ridiculous. I would understand if it was crowded but there’s literally no one here. SMH crazy .
The E.R. is the absolute worst place to be for anyone I’m guessing for the people who work there as well, who look like they don’t want to be there. …
If I could give no stars I would this use to be my go to hospital not any more waited 6hrs before I left with out being treated way understaffed and I was told that by multiple nurses never again will I go here!!
If you have to go to the hospital, this definitely is the one to go to. The gentleman at check in made me feel at ease. He was very courteous. Great personality. Donna in pre-op was excellent, making me feel very comfortable, answering all …
Staff was pleasant and compassionate, however I did wait OVER 12 hours in er to see doctor and have x-rays done..then they tell me there was still 12 people ahead of me.. very disappointed in hospital
It was busy as there were a lot of people waiting. I didn’t get seen until 30-40 minutes after my appointment time. Receptionist were courteous and polite in filling out demographics info but this could have been done on paper and would …
I couldn’t have had a better experience.

The emergency room is Not a good place to go. Waited 4 hours and was still not seen. Walked out with many others that were waiting.
I was …

Great difficulty getting to where I had to go to get to my appointment . I have asthma and I was being checked for a blood clot. I had to walk a good distance it was difficult for me.
I was brought into the emergency room with what was later diagnosed as Covid 19 . I was sent to be piled up with 15 other patients in the hall .
After all my tests were in and I was so quickly rushed out of the hospital still …
I got in to a car accident and have been waiting for 6 hrs to be seen and remind you I came out of an ambulance.

The hospital staff was amazing & really made me feel comfortable & well cared for.
First time I came to this ER I waited 7.5 hours after getting here at 4pm. This time got here at 10am and waited 11 hours before walking out. Got bloodwork done at 1:30 and still sitting after 8:45pm with nothing done in the last 7+ hours. …

I went to the hospital on Wed January 26th @8 PM. I had a horrific visit at the Good Samaritan Hospital. I got there at 8 PM and end up leaving at 6:44 AM the next morning over 10 hrs. and never got to see a Dr. I went in there with …
WAITING TIME: We arrived at 5pm and finally saw the doctor at around 2am. This is probably due to the pandemic and short staffing …
I always go to Good Sam. Today I was brought in by ambulance. Was treated quickly. Dr. and med student were fabulous. However I asked for a glass of water three times . Each time was told by someone they would get water. No one over the …
The visit was great.
A great team of specialists and professionals who have for so many …
Went in for a ablation procedure for afib. Great staff and made me feel like I was their only patient especially Kathy who stayed with me before and after the procedure.
I was given very good treatment. The doctor and nurses were encouraging and competent. I recommend this facility.
All staff from nurses to anesthesiologist and Surgeon were concerned in my comfort and understanding on what was about to happen in the OR.
My wait was short, excellent, respectful caring staff they made me feel so comfortable and that I am always welcome, wouldn’t change anything.
Had my colonoscopy last week, from the receptionists to the doctors the treatment and concerns about my well-being was amazing! …
Nursing staff was great but after dealing with payments and billing department for months after I would recommend dying.
Clearly after waiting for who …
I really don’t know how does the hospital has 4 reviews these is one of the worst hospital in Massachusetts these people I mean the nurses are rude to there clients include the doctors are so rude these place should have been shut down
waited so long in emergency room after a bad car accident. and the reason for my two stars is not the wait time. i know how long people wait in the ER and i really am not complaining. it’s standard in a hospital. but i waited 5 hours to be …
On my arrival I got a warm welcome at the front desk. The entire staff i had was to deal with throughout the day their customer service was great could not ask for more …
Nursing care is excellent.

Front desk the worst.
terribly rude staff in the checking front desk
Just seating there talking about other people instead of helping the customers. …

I waited 15away in the waiting work to get check for internal bleeding never even received stabilizing care wasn’t even that busy felt like when you ask staff to do there job it was the hardest thing ever for them
From personal experience I’ve gotten treated more better here and staff is a whole lot respectful than Brockton hospital staffs
I am a new patient to Good Samaritan Medical Center I’ve had bad experiences with other medical centers so far so good they have been very pleasant and they also seem to care about my health conditions so reply I have been very satisfied
The wait was long but I wasn’t in a lot of discomfort. The staff was kind and helpful. My legs are already doing much better.

Worst hospital you could ever come during an emergency. Staff are rude and doesn’t care about patient. The wait outside is too long for a patient who is sick. The wait will make a healthy person sick. Never come to this place and expect anything good from them.

Horrible experience with my daughter. She was there with excruciating pain. Once she got in the room the finally gave her pain meds. Never came back in to check on her at all. My niece is a nurse and was with us. She had to ask the nurse …
He had excruciating pain in his abdomen and was only seen by a nurse and left sitting in a hallway for …
The worest experience of my life. They never check the patient the doctors came in with out reading the history this is the worest hospital in the world. My mom went in okay nearly lost her life because of the negligence they showed her.

This hospital is HORRIBLE! I came in through the ambulance with a ankle injury and got put in the hallway first. Secondly after my x rays was taken i waited 4 HOURS in the hallway in PAIN with NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT from any nurse or doctor. I …
Brought in by ambulance vomiting, diarrhea totally dehydrated in great pain and discomfort. Put in wheelchair and placed in waiting area. It was full of others, some who had been there over 11 hours. I waited 3 hours and checked myself out. …
It’s an ok hospital. For me, I’ve been twice in the past couple years. Once for x-rays on my shoulder and another time for covid testing, had absolutely no problems. However 2 of my family members passed in this hospital, so obviously that …
I went in to Good Sam for a hand x ray. I was asked to sit and wait, someone would come get me. 40 minute later someone finally stopped to ask why I was waiting. It took him to make a call to get my x-ray done. The actual x-ray took less …
Siiiiggghhh. It feels like a scam or they work in cahoots with the ambulance team(jack was nice). Driven by ambulance there,( refuse to sign anything your uncomfortable with), registered, then waited up to 4hrs with until I finally left. My …
The worst experience, despite the fact that I have paid insurance, I went to the emergency room at 9:00 pm, they told me to sit down, I was still there waiting at 8:00 am the next day, enduring pain and without any explanation, it was 12 …
Overall a good visit.
As a former nurse who worked there I was …
Of all the hospitals we’ve had experience with over the years, this was absolutely the best! Very attentive and caring personnel. The valet parking, the receptionist, the phone operators and desk people, the nurses aides and nursing staff …
Been here twice ( to my knowledge) and will never be coming back. The first time was when I had the flu and strep at the same time. Was brought in fairly quickly and was given antibiotics and fluids for the dehydration. Was told at around 2 …
My stay at good sam’s was a nightmare, the nurses were very disrespectful, my bed was very uncomfortable. They were slow at ans the buzzer and they spoke down to me. The patient next to me was scared to ring for a nurse. This is not my …
I have been a critical care nurse for forty years have practiced at MGH for the past 37 years. I am quite impressed with Good Samaritan Medical Center. My recent experience as a patient in the Same Day Surgery area and later in the emergency room was absolutely Great care!!! I will go back again if I need further care.
The doctor, Dr. Berg, was phenomenal who did my surgery. He made me feel confident that everything would be fine. He went over everything to follow up after surgery and what would follow up after. The staff I had on my first night we …
Awful! Waited for 3 hours to be seen and decided to leave and go home. I probably would have been seen if I stayed for another 4 hours. I just couldn’t. I went because my doctors office doesn’t have any on call help which is ridiculous to …
I had a day surgery there on my hand and met so many nice people there! Everyone was so AMAZING but one nurse named Rayna stood out even more. She was super awesome, funny and so nice! It helped calm whatever nerves I had going into it. I was almost sad to leave, lol!
I NEVER received a statement in the mail or any paper bill associated with Good Samaritan or my ultrasound there. I had asked twice for my bill to be mailed to me, and twice assured it would be mailed, and twice got nothing. When I got a …
Absolutely Terrible Hospital! Your guaranteed to spend at least 8 hours waiting in the ER. Even after you’ve been admitted and told your staying overnight they will have you waiting at least 6 more hours before you get into a room. The …
All staff were wonderful and caring individuals. My appointment went well and the technician was great. Three stars because the check in process was chaotic. There was only one person checking people in and at least 2 were needed. At one …
My experience at Good Sam medical center emergency department was so efficient. The check in was quick. Triage was fast, super easy and friendly. The care from the RN and the PA that sutured my laceration was professional and non stressful. …
This hospital has the WORST service EVER!! went in at 7pm and as of right now it’s 3:10am and they still haven’t called on people that were here before I arrived. When I asked the front desk if they had any idea how long she said “I don’t …
The service was absolutely poor. I as a patient in extreme pain spent 6-8 hours waiting in the waiting room because there were no beds. I was questioned once and immediately sent back out, then a second time and same results, sent back out. …
