Founded in 2006, GOProperty Management, LLC is a Community Association Management firm that works with Southeastern, North Carolina Home Owner Associations to manage the day-to-day operations of the Association. The purpose of a Community Association is to provide for the governance, business, and communal aspects of the association in order to preserve, maintain, and enhance the association’s member’s homes and properties and promote community harmony. The responsibilities of managing a Community Association are to assist the board of directors in decision making, to implement the board’s decisions, and to administer services. It is also important to provide advice and guidance to the Board in all areas of its responsibility.

Spineless employees/managers there who serve no purpose. They don’t answer emails, don’t answer phone calls, and allow developers to walk all over homeowners. TERRIBLE

Not really sure what they manage other than collecting money for doing relatively little. Any form of communication with them feels a lot like they are simply trying to ignore you and continue doing as little as possible. Notifications for anything are sent last minute, if at all.
The staff does not return phone calls or emails. They serve no purpose as everything that is sent to them they forward to the Board of our HOA. Not sure why we are paying them as they do nothing except act as the middle man.

I am not impressed with GoProperty Management at all. Our HOA chose them to facilitate our neighborhood. They hold one meeting a year, they barely issue any communications, they provide no services, but charge us a fortune in fees. What a waste of time and money.
