Back in 2012 I had carpal tunnel surgery on both hands/wrists and there is no doubt in my mind that Dr. Graybow was the ONLY choice after reading and hearing horror stories about the Brown Hand Center. No one else in this valley will work on anything hand-to-shoulder related for me or my family.

I saw the doctor one time and since that time I have received several bills. I made my payments on time, yet I continue to receive bills.So of the bills are dated months apart for the same amount. I made a call to the billing department and naturally I got a machine. If you don’t want to be harassed see another doctor.
The staff is extremely rude and treat you like you are an imposition, not a patient. I’ve never been stared at and ignored by the same person at the same time before coming here. They continue to bill after insurance had already paid out. They need to be investigated. Shame on Grabow and shame on his employees!
