I have deleted my previous review as I have been to the ER 2 more times since my original review. The staff here are very nice and do their best to help you and get you feeling better.
This hospital doesn’t even deserve one star. I wouldn’t take my dead dog there. First time I’ve ever gone and will never go back. I don’t care if I’m dying. I will go the hour to a hospital that actu cares about the health and well being of their patients. Absolutely ridiculous.
Really horrible hospital never we’ll go again there. They treat better only people they know like the people who sponsor them. Terrible customer service better off to go to the next town.
Wish I could give Graham an even lower rating as that’s what they deserve. Only go to this ER if you need a splinter removed, and be wary of that, they probably can’t even do that. The Dr. literally laughed in my face when I asked if he …
Incompetent, ignorant, and negligent staff. They like to cut corners, tax people, and treat human beings like numbers and very rudely. I would rather die than go to Graham Hospital again.
Took daughter to E.R. for severe back pain ..We were told they couldn’t do anything for her ..Dr. said unless have a heart attack or stroke or medical emergency of this nature they weren’t allowed to help.. What a joke this hospital has turned into ..
I would give -10 if possible. This is where medical flunkies end up. Worst medical treatment in my life , not once , all 5x I’ve been there. Never again. I’d see a mortician before I’d visit this waistland again
ER Doctors are great . Some of the ER nurses are disrespecable to the you and are very mean to you. Riped needles out of the armes and force medicing to come throgh the iv to get home faster. Don’t care about nothing but there selfs. Needs better nurses.
Horrible experience on Sunday. Had 3 nurses outside my door say “well our day just went to hell there’s 4 more people in the lobby. “ then came into my room called me names and treated me very poorly and very rudely. I highly recommend going to Peoria.
I used to live in macomb and had to wait over a hour to be seen in the er. At gram it’s with in a couple of minutes. I’ve never had bad service just busy days at gram. Even the busy days are better then most places slow days
The ER doctors and nurses were fantastic! Beats OSF and Methodist in Peoria for sure. They were fast, professional, and knew exactly what I needed. If I had been anymore ill they would had transferred me elsewhere ASAP.
Was in the ER the other day. The nurses and ambulance crew were exceptional. I havent had the best experiences but Dr Devashish Agarwal was the best ever. Thank you to everyone.
They have a doctor feathers that works there he is very unprofessional rude and obnoxious you asking something he gets irate not professional courtesy towards your patients I wouldn’t take my dog to see this man
Dr. Bernard has seen me in the ER many times and it never fails he is the least kind, most judgemental, rude, arrogant, and assumptive person I have ever met. I asked for a different doctor and he laughed and asked “are you kidding me” He …
I was brought in to the ER with symptoms of lightheadedness and vomiting, and had passed out at home, so wasn’t sure what I had going on, the Nurse and team was very good to me, and treated me so good. thought I be having a stroke so …
my wife took our son into the ER with a temp of 102 and waited 1 1/2 hours in the ER lobby. ended up making the 45min drive to osf children’s ER. if time matters don’t go here!
My grandma is currently a patient at Graham Hospital. If I could give this hospital 10 stars I would. The entire staff from the greeters, to security, cna’s, housekeeping, nurses, doctors, receptionist have been nothing short of absolutely …
The ER doctor saved my life. The first person to actually take my complaint seriously after I spent two months in and out of other places. He transferred me to Peoria and I spent two weeks inpatient. I did in fact have something wrong with me. An aneurysm.
Staff was great exsept for a few crankey doctors. The food was gross and nasty no flavor and small amount. My insurance is paying u good money to stay there at least give us some good food and have your doctors check there attitudes before entering the hospital. Nurses were great.
I went in Friday for my scheduled c section with Dr. Rickerl. Not only did my doctor do an amazing job but everyone there throughout my entire stay were simply amazing. My anesthesiologist explained everything to me and worked out my …
The nurses are all kind. Like all hospitals, the nursing department is understaffed and under PAID WHEN THEY ARE RISKING THEIR LIVES DAILY WITH COVID 19 STILL EVERYWHERE. GOD BLESS THEM ALL. …
I’m currently sitting in my mother’s hospital room, while we wait to see a surgeon. We have been waiting for 17 hours and haven’t seen a doctor or have been updated by one. The nurses do not know anything and are just rude when you ask …
Went to the ER on the advice of my doctor. Attending was lost when I was describing my symptoms. Couldn’t care less that I have lost 30 pounds in a month. Discounted all other symptoms and sent me home with a 75/63 blood pressure. Don’t …
I wound up in the emergency room last night after a mishap with a cheese grater. Yep, a cheese grater, of all things! Anyhow, it resulted in needing stitches. So we went on down. Now I have heard horror stories about this ED. Let me just …
Absolutely rude and insensitive staff. Nurses are total gossips after leaving the room, and completely lacking in professionalism. If you want friendly service go elsewhere, the younger nurses are all entitled and snarky
I literally just cut my left quadricep in half with a chainsaw and as soon as I got there start to finish everyone was amazing and you couldn’t ask for better service!!! The food I thought wasn’t bad at all, your at a hospital people!!! If …
Wait in the lab extremely long. No one at desk and no one seemed to care that we were there waiting so long. A few people came after ringing the bell, but they quickly disappeared again. Waited over 40 minutes to have a simple test done for my child who was already not feeling well. So disappointing and staff was rude.
This hospital has the single worst emergency department I have ever had the misfortune to need to visit. Definitely do NOT go to this hospital for an emergency, you will not be seen for a MINIMUM of three hours. I had to visit while in the …
Yesterday we rushed our 5 yr old daughter in. We were visiting friends at goose ranch and she fell into a seizure. She’s never had one before.
We’ve never been to Graham Hospital before but the staff was so amazing. They …
Never going back!!!
Horrible-
Chatty in the ER …. phenomenal service!!! Thank you
Horrible experience with the worst doctor…he was mean and rude …will never go back ..
only come here if your ready to die.
Great customer service
100% RN boards in 2016! 95% in 2017! Wow!
Prefer this hospital to those in Peoria. Great staff & excellent care in both hospital & clinic.
I love the care, the people there are GREAT!!!
Dr Bernard is the worst practicing physician I’ve ever had the displeasure of being “treated” by
Pathetic.
Went in to the ER with severe lower back pain. Was discharged an hour and half later still in the same pain.
Takes forever to get in to doctor….3:45 appointment and it’s 4:32…. Oh yeah treat patients “like family”… full of it is what I’d say mildly.
I have deleted my previous review as I have been to the ER 2 more times since my original review. The staff here are very nice and do their best to help you and get you feeling better.
Good place if you want to die…
Lost father, suffocated, nurses did not check on him, shldn’t have happened.
The doctor had no patients to actually address the concerns at hand. I feel the care would have been better else where thats for sure.
I got a blood test. Everything seemed fine, as far as the service.
We got in on time & no stress tests done people friendly.

Kristin Fasano was disrespectful to my family while there. The staff are awful and couldn’t care less about the patients.
