Terrible office, disappointed every time I go & have seen a different provider every time. Definitely switching doctors offices.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Uncaring and unprofessional and I have seen multiple providers at this location.
Dishonest with in-out of network. Faster then a nascar pit stop. Dr races in and back out of the room so fast you will forget what you came for. Disappointed
Never answers the phone, ever! Never returns patient calls, been waiting over a month for test results. Absolutely the worst place to seek any kind of care! Customer service out the window!

I think it is an awesome office. We all have bad days. I will say I have been to 2 or 3 Dr’s offices that were very uncaring and Graham Medical Clinic is not one of them.
They don’t always call to remind you about appointments. If you forget about an appointment and they didn’t call you to remind you about it, the office will charge you for that missed appointment. The office manager doesn’t returned phone calls. This office is old and not progressing forward with technology.

I’ve been going to Graham Medical Center for over 15 years. The staff has always been friendly and professional. Almost every time I’ve walked in, I’ve noticed that the phones have been very active. To me this is a good sign that they will be around for another 15 years.

My children go here and see Dr. Vangrouh, he’s great! The nurses are wonderful with my girls as well. I always get called for appointment reminders as well. I think in the last couple of years they’ve worked hard to better help patients.

Our family has had a great experience here for the past two years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and I always get appointment reminder calls. The nurses are great with little kids. We’ve always seen Mike VanGrouw and he’s been great. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family practice in the area!
I would’ve given five stars if my original doctor was still here but she left unfortunately. Other doctors seem a bit rushed with appointments but so seem to listen to what you have to say. The front office and staff however, get zero stars. They are rude and unprofessional. But if you can get passed that, the doctors are decent.
I’ve been going here since I was 12 and my kids now go here too. Dr Pion is the absolute best. So caring and informative. We’ve seen a handful of other Drs and P.A.s because of needing last minute appts and we’ve almost always been happy with our visits.
