They never send me a bill
Because they were closed on Friday and I wanted information on how to get service with them
They have always been very courteous to me.
Had a water leak. Bill was $300! They wouldn’t adjust it for me or my landlord! They were very rude, and hung up in my face. More than once.
Hateful and heartless people!!! These people absolutely refuse to work with you regardless of the situation! My best advise to anyone that may end up having to deal with this so called water company is dig your own well!
Wish I could leave 0 stars but thats not an option. Cut our water off with no warning what so ever during this covid19 pandemic! UNBELIEVABLE! Even alabama power and century link are working with people and not shutting their services off …
