Didn’t wait in long line to pay bill.
Great utility, costumer focused, technically competent.
When my power has gone out, they have been very responsive.
Their online bill pay is the most cumbersome system. I’ve never had an online bill pay system be so difficult!
Some of the rudest customer service I’ve experienced. I’m sure there may be a couple nice ones of the bunch but most dont smile, and act like you are a disruption to their day.
Choose another power company if you have the option. The staff and general manager lack business etiquette and treat customers horribly. To make it worse, the Board of Directors does not care.

I been living in Spring Lake going 8 years now and i never had any issues with this company. I had my bill on autopay on the second year of living here and no issues at all! Changed auto-pay payment method. Upon doing so, it said to pay the next bill (which I did). Expected the next bill to come out of auto-pay. It did not and they applied a penalty that they would not waive even though I had followed all of their instructions. I guess a municipality can do whatever they want when they have a monopoly.
