Everytime it rains, our phone goes out. Sometimes internet too. Then its at least a couple days till its on again. The service they provide has seemed sub par for years. Not so much the people, but their equipment and infrastructure. Think i gonna switch to satellite internet.
I’ve had 6 of their AC adapters die on us! We don’t mess with them we leave em alone and we get a storm and they die. Every time like clock work! And we call and they say it’ll be a business day to get back with us but sometimes it’s days. …

All of Oklahoma has BEEN back to work. These lazy, unfriendly, unhelpful, rude people STILL. have their doors locked to avoid interacting with customers. SomebodY PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give Jay another ok internet provider. I promise I will leave this TRASH company immediately.
We had a great experience with Grand Telephone and are happy with our fast internet. Professional installation and good customer service. Prices are fair as well. I am finding that our lake cabin has just as fast internet as our house in Tulsa with high speed Cox. Very satisfied.
Since the “ upgrade” the cable service is totally horrible. The technicians try their best, but the signal they receive is so bad there is nothing they can do to improve it. Garbage in, garbage out.
