Very poor service, no pride in their work
This place is a joke they never answer the phone, don’t pick up the trash and very rude customer service. Not a professional business
Called Thursday afternoon for a specials pick up they never showed up. Called Monday morning they said they would be here after lunch. Called again at 2:15pm and they said they were on their way. It is now 3:38 and they said they have over 20 orders.
They never answer the phone or just hang up the call is too much. The man who passes by picking a dump that the streets already look like those of México. for this type where staff make the company look bad …
We got 3 trash cans and they have only been throwing one of them for like a more than a month and keep skipping the other trash cans, and one of them is broken and they won’t replace it. Very poor service. They need to do something about this company. Smh
Never show up on time, suppose to pick up my trash on Wednesdays, it’s Friday and they still haven’t passed. So I have a huge trash can outside my home looking gross due to their inadequate service.
Paid to start services and was told I had to pay three months in advance. Ok. Well three days later and they have yet to deliver my trash can. Have called multiple times and get the “it’s on its way”. I didn’t think Rio Grande was this bigg that it would take three days for a trash can to be delivered.
They dont pick up my trash can and I call to tell them they make up excuses and dont pick up my trash till the next week
Someone needs to open a different trash collecting business in rio grande city! This one is horrible, and it’s annoying that it’s one of the only if not the only option!
