  25. My overall experience with these guys has been okay except for one day during a huge snowfall one of them grab the handle on my trash can with wheels and handle right off. Other than that they’ve been there every single Friday to pick up my trash so no other complaints.

  27. Tip for customers looking for temp roll-offs. Order your container for the shortest amount of time you need it for, and extend if needed. If you order a roll-off for 7 days, but call it off after 1 day, they still charge you for the full 7 days, which is several hundred more $ for a 30 or 40 yard dumpster.

  31. Terrible pick up service. Especially during the winter months. They use any excuse for “weather conditions” to skip you at least every other week and still want to charge full price.   35. The office associates are very helpful and knowlegeable. Whenever I call with a question, whoever answers is always polite and friendly. If the associate doesn’t have the answer he or she will look up the information or talk with someone who knows the answer. Also their crews that pick up for our area are also friendly and polite.

Our trash is picked up reliably, and helpful emails are sent out before federal holidays to remind customers if they affect service days.
