Horrible Sheri is the lady that I was sent to and she is so mean the way she talks to you and how die talks to you is crazy for a higher up position. Extremely rude and uncalled for especially with everything and everyone struggling.
I called to check on my account and found out my account had been closed. When I asked what had happened I was told that I was being penalized every month for not using the account. The penalties added up to them taking all the money from the account then closing the account. This is bad business.
Horrible business. No values. Do not care about you. Tons of hidden fees. Online banking system is from the dark ages. Seems like someone with MySpace programming capabilities created it. It’s all about the money to them. Just left and moved over to America First!
Horrible (and obnoxious) auto phone service. Irritating auto-attendant (Grant), annoying ukulele music, and inevitable long wait times. Get it together GCU. If you can’t play with the big boys, get off the porch!

Unacceptable behavior of Susan Olsen in Millcreek branch. She made my client waited for over 3 hours for finance service, at the end, Ms. Olsen turned my client away saying that she doesnt do those loan and have client call someone else. I’ve financed or refinanced 6 properties with them this year, and have gotten great rates on every one. They’ve easily saved me $1000+ per month that otherwise would have gone straight to interest payments.
Their loan underwriting department found many reasons to NOT help me with a loan product. Did not offer any solutions and just left me frustrated. This is how someone with no debt and a 800+ credit score is treated.
