Granite State Gastroenterology Reviews ( 77 )

  1. Wow, really suprised by these low reviews. Go see Dr. Dainiak! His bedside manner is great. Staff were very professional and friendly. I have seen them several times this year and had a Colonosopy. No problem s whatsoever.

  2. Have been there for 2 different procedures both times the staff could not be any nicer made it very easy I would definitely recommend to go there if you need any of there services.

  3. I want to thank Stefanie, Kayla, Ida and the crew yesterday for taking such good care of me before and after my procedure. even though it was routine I was extremely nervous and they soothed my fears. All the women that I dealt with were professional, caring and friendly. Thank you again

  4. This place is great! From the first contact I realized that everyone who works here is very helpful and polite. Excellent care and communication the whole time by a great staff. Dr Taylor is excellent. Thank you

  5. In August I needed an emergency endoscopy. Dr McLean of Granite State GI was the doctor who was called in. From the first minute we met he acted bothered that he was called in. I even asked my wife and son if it was me or is this guy a real …

  6. Dr. Taylor seemed great at first but then I saw the real him shortly after. Absolutely no follow through and he cut me during a colonoscopy polyp removal and too zero responsibility for it. Also very inconsiderate staff. I found a wonderful GI Doctor in Londonderry

  7. The staff members and dr tabor are wonderful. Very informative and pleasant. Dr TABOR and the assistant took time to explain everything to me and answer all my questions. I highly recommend them

  8. One star due to botched routine colonoscopy, resulting in a puncture, sending me to the ER and hospital for 5 days. I’d give 5 stars to the nurses and admin staff for being super caring and friendly, 0 stars to the doctor botching the procedure.

  9. Everyone at this facility was professional and friendly from the receptionist, the nurses and doctors. The building is amazing. The procedure I had was on time and over quickly. I would definitely recommend this center.

  10. I have only had one appointment at the center, thus far, and it was with the lovely PA, Samantha… My impression is that staffers work hard and genuinely care about getting the right diagnosis as quickly as possible. I’m having a endoscopy …

  11. I went in for a minor concern and after not finding immediate answers they were thorough and looked at all avenues and was able to find the issue, it ended up being a bigger concern so I am so grateful they were as thorough as they were and …

  12. Robin Laberge is professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I have had multiple visits with her and always feel that my concerns have been addressed and that there is an action plan to deal with them.

  13. Awful, try calling patients back or putting in lab orders when you say you are or following up after diagnosis for treatment. I mean do something! You performed a colonoscopy, diagnosed and then left me for dead…. I keep calling and being …

  14. Granite state is so wonderful, from the office, nurses
and everyone involved at the surgery center. Everyone was so imformative from start to finish for my colonoscipy. Dr Roelsvig was awsome. Wish i could remember eveyones names because everyone involved were friendly and 5 star staff thank you all

  15. I never post anything negative about anything ever. But unfortunately this will be my first. My mother is terminally ill and needed a venting tube to relieve her pain. The doctor put the tube in her stomach, but they sent her home without …

  16. Due to a family history of Colon Cancer, I have been under the care of Dr Roalsvig since 2003. He and the practice have always provided me with the best support and follow up through 6 colonoscopies. Trust me when I say the 2 days of slight discomfort are minimal compared with the potential worse case scenarios.

  17. I had my first appointment today with Dr. Tobar. She was professional and thorough. After reviewing my CT scan, she discovered an issue that several other doctors had missed, and that had not previously been brought to my attention.

  18. Terrible experience, I wish I could do a negative star. Dr Daniak should not be allowed to practice, and I am filling a complaint with NH Board of Medicine. 1) they don’t return your calls or follow up with you, the doctor on call has a …

  19. I have never been so impressed with the staff, nurses, and doctor as I was here. All very caring and professional and I will recommend this them to everyone. The whole process was smooth and very informative. Job well done to all!!

  20. I am highly satisfied with my experience at the GI department. Everyone was friendly, professional and very helpful. I trust them fully with my health and believe they have my best interest at heart.

  21. I have been trying to call them for 3 weeks now because I have a procedure that was scheduled for Feb. 10th, which is tomorrow, and have NOT received any instructions, or even a time to be at at Parkland. The only reason I know it is …

  22. Robin LaBerge, PAC, is the best. She listens and responds immediately. Best practice. After screwing around with another practice, I went here. Robin was shocked that I was being jerked around for six weeks in agony and scheduled me within …

  23. Admittedly I was nervous about my procedure being done today . However , because of the compassion and professionalism that I encountered with dr. Daniak and his staff the nervousness melted away and I had a superb experience. I recommend granite state gastroenterologists for any of the services they may provide .

  24. First time colonoscopy and I was nervous as I didn’t know what to expect. At every step through the process they went out of their way to make me completely comfortable. And I tend to be anxious going to the doctors office. …

  25. Entire staff was extremely professional, competent, courteous and pleasing / comforting to deal with. They truly care about the job they each perform and the impact they have on the successful care of their patients.

  30. The staff was super friendly. I have major anxiety when it comes to IVs and Lindsey did it so well I barely felt it and Mat and Tim from anesthesia were funny and very thorough in what was going to take place it put my mind at ease! …

  31. The worst customer service I’ve ever had in the medical field. It takes sooo long to get a response on their message center which is supposedly “faster” than calling. I’m lucky if I get a response other than “what can i do for you” the same day. I need to find a better gi office, wouldn’t recommend this one to anyone.

  32. It’s a joke. They told me I had a letter from my doctor in my portal I went in my portal there are no notes anywhere then it takes two days for them to get me the results now again I cannot get into the portal because thrure telling me it’s not my birthday I think I know my birthday. As far as I’m concerned I want no part of this place .

  33. The staff is fine but trying to get ahold of anyone is actually awful. The calling is 20 minutes at minimum to try to reach anyone ever. You can’t contact the doctors directly even about test results. They barely call you back and before …

  37. Great staff, friendly, funny, efficient. Ida, Amy, Annie, Heather, Dr Tovar were very pleasant and made an otherwise unpleasant visit so much easier, if I forgot anyone I blame the anesthesia, and the anesthesiologist was also very …

  38. So far so good. The team has been friendly and helpful for the most part. If you’re 45 or older and due for your colonoscopy, you should give this team a call and they’ll get you scheduled. Make sure to ask what you need for prep while you’re in the office. They might have some samples. Happy health.

  39. I had a terrible experience with Granite State Gastro. After their consultation for a colonoscopy they failed to communicate to Surgical Center of NH. The morning of my procedure I called to confirm my appointment and they had no record . They had to squeeze me in hours after my scheduled time.

  40. 4 weeks from meeting with Dr.McLean and him explaining the importance of a quick MRI to see about lump in my pancreas and to this date no appt for MRI.No calls back from office. I was told to my face that they were waiting on insurance …

  41. The answering service here is horrible! I called this morning and was caller 6, waited 45 minutes and it told me I was next in line, only to be hung up on! I called back and I was number 13. Someone is bumping calls. Unbelievable. They …

  42. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. Not a big fan of being put under but the anesthesiologist I had today was wonderful, friendly and funny. An overall great experience experience.

  43. Had consult today. Everyone was really wonderful. Saw a PA in the Derry office. She was kind, thorough, attentive, took her time with me. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Woman setting up colonoscopy appointment was great. Explaining things asking if I had any questions… A+ visit….

  45. Every time I call I have been on hold for 20-30 minutes!!! Also I was there this morning and a couple came in and didn’t have a mask, they asked for one and were told if they didn’t have a mask they need to reschedule. They probably waited …

  46. Their billing department is the sole reason for this review. We received a bill for visits that were completely covered by our insurance. We have a check number from our insurance, yet now WE have to follow up to have a check resent because …

  47. I was emailed with an appt time, then received a text with a second appt time, when i called to confirm,i was given a third appt time. I showed up at the appt time, and was told i was an hour early. Procedure went fine, nice staff. Received …

  48. Dr McLean was prompt and professional to perform my colonoscopy. Although I provided evidence of insurance coverage at that time, I was never given a detailed invoice for services. For the past 5 months I have received a monthly message …

  49. I had a good first experience with Granite State Gastroenterology. My colonoscopy procedure went well. The staff nurses were lovely. My only critique is that one of the OR nurses was very late to work. I had to wait an extra hour for her to arrive before they could start my procedure.

  50. The 2 stars are for the providers. Otherwise, my experience with anyone leading up to any appointments/procedures has been awful. They will charge you late cancellation fees after you tried to get in touch with them during normal business …

  51. The Dr seemed uncaring and nonchalant. First appointment, no exam… just a 3 minute conversation that I could have had over the phone. I better not be billed for a 1st visit exam because it was a 3 minute conversation with no resolve of my …
