Well, what can I say have had the same problem for 6 months and now they believe me. Tired of this lame service and extreme lack of customer care.
They are very response when you are having problems. Our Internet and cable were cutting out they had it fixed a couple hours after I called.

Internet went down on a Friday but instead of fixing it before leaving they closed the office and left it down all Superbowl weekend the prices are criminal and the connection is down multiple times every winter
TERRIBLE service for extremely inflated prices. This place is a joke, but I suppose that doesn’t matter because it’s the town’s only internet provider. The town board keeps rejecting other internet providers from coming in because some of the staff that works here are on the board. How convienent.

Duke without a doubt provides top notch customer service. He has never ceased to amaze me with his knowledge and never say no attitude. No matter what time of day I know he will make my issue a priority and do his best to sovle it. Without Duke being employed here my review would be very different.

Terrible price, terrible service, terrible connection, and terrible speeds. Hands down the most over priced and under powered internet I’ve ever had. You want connection issues, they have them! Would you like to be disconnected from important meetings and phone calls all the time? Then boy do they have a deal for you!

I moved to grantsburg from around the same population city and the internet prices are out of this world I got 500mbps and 150 upload for 83 dollars a month here it’s what 50mbps a second for the same price that’s crazy why is it so bad here

$110 a month for 75mbps internet says it all, if this was 2010 those speeds wouldn’t be terrible but for 2022 it’s ridiculous, either lower the price to almost half or Give me gigabit for that price, especially since Fiber can definitely handle it.
