Blood Suckers!
Just awful.
These people are disgusting
Super Friendly!
wow.
Close to home, long lines
Haven’t had a loss in power yet
Brats with a trust fund run this place
Horrible customer service
They no joke, shot me in the face
locked a blind man in the parking lot. Disgusted.
Incredibly rude behavior to a blind disabled person.
Think they need better customer services representatives.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Always kind and helpful to me in the billing dept.
Always helpful and kind.
Terrible customer service and they blame costumers for not reviving their bills.
Wow never know when you’re being recorded should be professional to everyone period
panzy men locked blind man in the parking lot? what is wrong with people? grow up stop being a child
I find the customer service great, super quick, accommodating and a great help when trying to navigate the website!
Did not give rebate as promised. Not trusted company so be aware of that
I’ve always had a great experience with customer service!
Greatly Improved and wonderful service since I last reviewed here. Wonderful, very polite, and professional staff.
So you lock blind people inside fences. Did you get a good laugh at locking a blind man behind a fence?
The only bills they ever send me are disconnect bills.. If they can send me those, why can’t they send me regular bills???
Over double the price of Snohomish county for pud….. also very hard to find the online bill pay button…
They charge more fees than the average power bill .
You know everyone else’s power is fixed and my power has been out since 11 and now it’s 8 my power has been out for 9 hours and no one is working to fix it
Horrible customer service and your bill pay date changes monthly…when you call they are terrible .. rude, short, curt….. I think they have a problem there , and they need to stay on top of their customer service agents ..
I’ve never had a problem with this utility co.
But then I pay my bills.
Poor customer service, abuses their customers with immediate disconnect notices in the middle of record winter low temps, and actually threaten to shut off the power without a care. BAD SERVICE!
Such a great experience, these gentlemen came and hooked us back up after a tree took out our power. No problem! Thanks guys!
That’s cool you guys locked a blind veteran in your parking lot. You all should be ashamed of yourself and expect possible legal actions coming your way.
These guys are always very nice when I call to pay my bill, and helpful with questions too.
I’ve had outstanding response to our Power needs. I talk to Customer Service frequently and they are always prompt and courteous.
GREAT experience….We have had to deal with the several employees from different departments withing the PUD on 5 separate occasions in the last 2 months and they have all been nothing but pleasant and helpful.
They don’t give you a way to report broken lines. The line wasn’t completely broken off. Just one of the two connectors so I wasn’t sure how to tell them without saying there was an outage.
Suffer the burden of $100,373,900.00 residential consumers!
Ridiculous prices to do anything. Hookups/ initial fees/ charged me 2400 to connect power to my residence. Took them 2 hours
While we’re busy worrying about which party should run for the election and where our money is going we don’t even care that 40% of our electric bill is in fees 40% they have a privilege tax state tax Aberdeen tax which is $10 they have a …
Thee worst customer service. Saddens me that they are unwilling to go any distance of resolving issues, yet they are first to increase charges and not handle their own business to guarantee customer satisfaction. They don’t care, cause everyone will pay.
Thank you to the linemen who came out to the fair last week. Their demonstrations were very educational and helpful. They risk their lives for their job and for that, I am truly grateful!
I walked in to pay one of my bills. It seems I was short about 50 cents on one payment. I offered to cross the street to an ATM to withdraw the rest however they declined and insisted on locking me in their car park. I found this rather strange but after reading their Google Reviews it seems to be standard procedure.
Its disgusting how PUD continues to allow their employees to bully kidnap and lie to and poke fun of a blind man you all should be fired real big men mark and David arnd the other men involved trying to bully a blind guy sorry excuse for …
The coustomer service is terrible. I really wish I could go with another Power company. You all at PUD need to understand. We are paying customers. We pay for you to have a job so do your darn job.
Locked a blind man into a fence , the disrespect they have for the man they do not agree with. They didn’t even call the police or anything so to tell how long they would’ve left him there is impossible. Mark should be fired. This whole company needs to have a Human Resources training.
What a POS locking a blind man in a fence and laughing at him I’m sure, Mark you should be fired and spat upon! I hope your family sees this and takes you behind the Woodshed and gives you the beating you deserve !! I hope your family …
They are a foul company their employees seem to be trained to be cold and disgusting. They take advantage of the fact there your only option for power. It’s redicolous what they charge and then there added fees. Horrible horrible company makes it not worth living on the harbor.
Power has been off for a month, they said ***$, we finally get it together and when I’m standing there to pay it they said, now we want 100$ more. Jackels.
The woman in collections is a real ‘charmer.’ We received no notice for being late, power was turned off, re-hook up fee applied. WORST customer service I’ve ever received. Period.
$40 per month ready to use fee, charged even if you don’t use 1 watt of power ? What a racket and ripoff, what about those camping lots in Ocean Shores, only allowed to use for 90 days but have to pay over $500 per year in case you actually …
I am new to the area and had a question about service to a property that I was interested in buying. With a certain amount of trepidation after reading their reviews, I dialed GHPUD. OMG!! Shanna (and I hope I am spelling her name correctly) was cheerful as well as helpful! Had to give my first encounter a “5”.
We have been customers for 20 years and while we have had no direct issues with PUD indirectly we have been unhappy with PUD as a whole for a very long time. Granted they do very well with maintaining outages, what we do disagree with is …
We moved here and our 1 st bill was 859.00, no joke. We had the pud come out and check stuff and they said it was our problem. Animal had ripped open duct work and thats why it was so high. I went to make payment arrangements and the women said NO. I am horrified with this eletric company. They are very cold and uncaring, rude people.
They are the only choice for electricity in the harbor. They act like it too, over $300 a month for power. I live in a 1,300 sqft home and live modestly. Notice any comments from the company even pretending to care? Nope.
Hallelujah & God Bless all the crew working for PUD. They all came out & worked throughout the night to make sure we all had our power back on. It was freezing cold that night with insane winds & they never quit! You people are all my heros!
As a police officer and veteran, I’m ashamed of your agencies conduct against citizens conducting constitutionally protected 1st amendment right. To all citizens, I would like to say that many of us public servants DO NOT support this …
Customer for four years with three accounts and had my home power disconnected over $128 that was 14 days overdue, without even a courtesy call! The $40/month connection fee is Ridiculous.
Amazing behavior in the treatment of Americans with disabilities. Signage is unlawful and posted signs outside are not ADA compliant. While employees may not be familiar with laws or care about civil rights it would be better to stay in you lane instead of repeat lies.
So I had no previous debt with grey Harbor but yet they wanted a $750 deposit that was not refundable for 6 months. Only because previous renters didn’t pay their bills was their excuse. …
A PUD employee woman came to unplug my power. I understand if she has to turn the power off, but there was no need to laugh in my face when I was pleading for more time. You have to be quite the cold hearted witch to have that happen.
I have lived here over three years so far. Today I had the most helpful nice guys show up to make sure my power issues did not stem from the main. They went out of their way to check everything ontheir side and even our breaker box inside.thank you for being good human beings.
Worst Power Company I’ve ever seen. PUD sends someone out to your house if you’re 2 weeks late and bills you $35 for them talking to you. Doesn’t call you if you forgot to make a payment. Company is trying to find ways to make more money. I …
I don’t think these reviews saying customer service is poor are accurate. They have always been very nice to deal with. However, the GHPUD is not a working cooperative as they say, they are very aware they are the only game in town and as …
Since last year there has been marked improvement. In my area, there have been fewer power outages and they repaired quickly. I appreciated the 2/13/21 notification of the scheduled outage so that there was time to prepare.
Wow, your employees are awful! They locked a visually impaired/legally blind man inside a fenced in area and left him there until he called out to a passerby for assistance. They very clearly knew he was there. They didn’t bother saying oh …
I am very pleased with service I get when I go in with account questions. The staff are knowledgeable and always friendly! I am not sure why people think that other cities have more then one choice for there power companies, guess they have never lived anywhere else. You guys are doing a wonderful job keep it up!
My wife was a little leary to call, given the poor reviews. So far, she has made 2 phone calls to Grays Harbor PUD and both times when she hung up the phone she has said, “These people were so friendly! I feel like Crystal and I would be …
I would like to give a shout out to the technicians that restore our power when it goes out. My husband and I are new to the area and our power has gone out three times (in 2 1/2 years). I don’t think we were ever out of power longer than 3 hours. I also want to thank whoever keeps the message line updated.
The grays harbor pud is by far the worst. We got a letter in the mail saying we can’t park in our own yard. The letter stated we are tracking mud onto the roadway. So I spoke with someone from their office and I asked where was the mud that …
We had a wonderful experience with Michael & Shelly at PUD. They were extremely helpful and prompt with all communication.
Happy customers!
The GHPUD is randomly adding multiple deposits to peoples accounts & then using invalid contracts to make people think they are legally bound to these deposits, they have referred me to their policy which only refers to A SINGLE deposit …
We just moved here in November, and our average energy bill has been $500 a month…is that normal? Between the utility bills, the cost is about equal to another monthly house note. It seems unsustainable, and I’m wondering how many others are having this problem?
People at customer service are nice, they neglected to send me my bills, and then showed up to disconnect my power. I had to pay over $500 now I have a credit on my account because they made a mistake on my bill so it seems like these people aren’t very organized honestly super annoying
Yes they do raise the rates. But that is not the people working there fault. They also have to deal with the prices going up . You got to think of you where in there shoes.. they have to deal with a lot of people.. and sometimes when all …
Basically predatory energy providers with no competition or tact. They raise the rates multiple times in past years. There customer service reminds me of calling Comcast. They lack any empathy for any situation anyone ever goes through. …
The’re greedy and unwilling to work with homeowners to make sure that the lights and heat are still on. I told them I could have the funds to them in 48hours and they said that’s not good enough we are going to shut you off and they did. …
.. the management is questionable.. messed up permit procedures.. no signage at the road that the operations building even exist.. all that is on the management.. …
Big Shout out to the crew that’s in Snohomish County (Granite Falls ). From the houses on Cascade Ave . We thank you .. 122 hours without power.. sucked. But those gentleman had it repaired under a hour once arrived .
So I must say I was stunned at how low Gray’s Harbor PUD ratings are, and when I finally got here to retire in July was expecting the worst. There are few businesses these days with a 2 star rating. I feel obligated to go on record as …
they will take your deposit and not refund it whether you make your payments payments every month or not. If you make it past that 10 day mark forget it you will have the $5 late charge (which i dont care about $5 so never bothered me i …
Not only have I never had good experience with their customer service I have had multiple times during power outages where they seem to forget the street that I live on until everything else is completely fixed they leave and then come back …
