Had a really good set up experience after a very aggravating switch from another company. Of course it won’t always be as quick for everyone, but called Wednesday and was fully installed by Friday. Absolutely the best internet service provider I have ever had. Excellent customer service. The best rates around as well. People in my community have complaints constantly about other service providers, but I can not remember ever having an unexplained outage that wasn’t fixed or communicated by Grayson Collin.
