  1. I LOVE my electric co-op! They go to work when the rest of us are taking shelter, they are always kind and professional when I report an outage, and their prices are fair and low. Wish all my utilities worked like this. They aren’t some stuffed shirts with no skin in the game, they are part of this community.

  10. The power goes out way too often. Every storm seems to knock out the power for hrs. Randomly during the year the power will flicker on and off. There is an issue that needs to be fixed.

  13. Called the main number, and their chief executive officer picked up the call. Very impressed that they didn’t force callers to a complicated IVR system, and just as important, always work hard to quickly restore the service! Nice job on the recent outage!
