This company is trash, they don’t care about the poor being without power. If you use prepaid you need to add at least $50 to have it turned back on when it gets disconnected, i only have $35 for the next two weeks and they won’t turn it back on.
We have been without power for 11 days. I call and they tell me it will be 9 more. This is unacceptable we lost hundreds of dollars worth of food in two deep freezers. This company does not care and is woefully unprepared to do their job.

Excellent service, very helpful staff. Was able to establish new service on a new build in under a week. Best experience I have ever had with a utility. Staff was great every single time I called with questions and responded very quickly.
