Walked in and to just open some new accounts and they only had one person who could do it so another guy got it started and then I had to go to another branch to finish was not a good welcoming and felt akward while there and people there didn’t care when I told them I’d just go to another bank all together not pleasant at all
This is hands-down the worst bank in Nevada. You will get nickeled and dimed up the tail pipe. They even charge to cash a check.
Never a person to speak with only a voicemail with no return call. Impossible to make any progress or get answers. Also, they leave a message to call them back and never answer that line either.
Several reasons for the 5 stars! Easy mobile app; in bank personnel as well as phone representatives always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable; easy access locations with drive ups; and, Saturday hours.
