I had my gallbladder out at GBRH and found everyone helpful, pleasant, and when I called to talk to my doctor about a question I had, I got a call back the same day.
So I am in the waiting room at Great Bend Regional and what do they have on television, Pat Robertson preaching against democracy. What a crock.
This place is not professional and stupid, it takes them 30 minutes to get a bandaid, if you are injured you would be better off looking at a YouTube video to fix your injury then coming here
Their OB unit is great! The doctors and nurses are awesome and both my kids have been born there and both experiences were great!
If I could give no stars I would! Went in and was basically told by Dr. Jerrythat he wasnt going to do anything for me, upsetting me even more because I was worried about severe pressure on my pelvis. That they don’t go into depth that far. Horrible
ER Staff was dismissive and rude. They ignored my wife’s concerns about her diagnosis and were obviously trying to rush us out of there. Avoid this place at all costs.
Never had a good experience here. Equipment is outdated. ER is a joke. We drive to Clara Barton in Hoisington for our care.
Ever wonder why the ER side has turned off reviews? Just ask me and I will give you a good reason. Can’t mention anything specific because they will flag it for removal to hide the truth about this place.
10/10 would not reccomend. Youd be better off driving 10 extra minutes to go to Clara Barton. Doctors and nurses are all a joke and just there to collect a paycheck

Staff is super slow in the emergency room. They have you waiting for so long before anyone comes to assist you. Every time I’ve gone in there they always take a long time. Had to walk out because we were getting NO help. Figured they’d improve since University of Kansas owns the hospital now but it’s just as slow as before.
Highly dislike this hospital. Nurses are great, doctors not so much. They seem cold and uncaring, and spend very little time listening, when the doctors DO talk to you, they are rude and act as if you are wasting their time. I would give 0 stars if possible
