  1. These guys are the best! When you walk in you don’t feel like a typical dull and boring doctor office. Good to see some in the medical profession still understand and care about the customer experience!

  2. I wouldn’t go anywhere else than Great Lakes . I have been going there for years for my ultrasounds, mammograms and MRI s . The staff is knowledgeable, professional and truly cares. Appointments are alway easy to make . I highly recommend Great Lakes to my family, friends and anyone who wants an excellent experience.

  3. I had a wonderful experience today! I can’t say enough about my visit, the staff, and even the patients. While I only spent maybe an hour at the facility, everyone I encountered was wonderful.

  5. So i get out of work an hour early b/c i was told they wouldn’t make an appointment later than 2:30 pm for a MRI with contrast and when i arrived on site they tell me that they were running behind and the earliest i would be seen would be 3:15-3:30 pm…What a pile of scrap!!!

  7. Going back to using Windsong imaging. Waited a hour and half to get in for a sonogram. Appointment time don’t matter to them until it getting close to their time to go home.

  8. I’ve been to this location twice. I didn’t wait long the customer service was excellent and the techs were very knowledgeable. The location is convenient, lot’s of parking and they have extended hours.

  9. Staff was very nice, I was the first app. Of the day so took me right away, but they billed the wrong Ins Co. why I don’t know .. I gave them my card & took a picture of it .. So somebody does not know their job .

  15. This place has been absolutely fantastic for 2 of my surgeries now. I am a dialysis patient and have had my ports put in and taken out. They are quick, the staff is amazing and the surgeons are great. Highly recommended

  16. They are never on schedule. I made a 1pm appointment and at 1:45 I’m still sitting in the waiting room. They have NO problem taking my co-pay!! When I asked why, I was told that they’re running behind. Now there’s a surprise! They can’t be running too far behind cause people that came AFTER me got seen BEFORE me. REALLY??

  18. Awesome staff & great experience. The technicians and the doctor were friendly and accommodating. My MRI took less than an hour and the report was available 2 hours after leaving. I would recommend to anyone needing an MRI!

  19. I’ve been there twice for sonogram and was treated very well by the staff. Waiting time wasn’t very long Maybe 15 -20 minutes on average. The main reason for 5 stars is that the report was very thorough and the sonogram was done meticulously. My doctor was impressed. Thank you Great Lakes Imaging for a job well done !
