Have received water as promised
I never had a problem with service and the rates are fairly low.
San Jose has the hardest water. I use so much CLR now. Hard water stains form everywhere and it makes cleaning frustrating because the next day there’s spots all over the faucets. Also, a fish I had started to decline in health when I moved here and I suspect it was because the water.

Their website and billing infrastructure is at least 20-25 years old, if not more. You can’t create an account online. They can’t email you billing notifications. You can’t view your balance online. You can’t view usage history, billing history, or ANYTHING that would be useful.
They charge you a surcharge to make payments. It’s 2018 and they still use phone automated payments system. No online payment system or online access to your account, if you need check your balance. You have to send them an email and wait for a reply. C’mon people it’s 2018 already. Where 99.99% of payment are done online.
My bill is twice less in comparison to my friends who get their water bills form SJ water… Couple of times I missed my payments and GreatOaks sends me a reminder “you might miss your payment”… no fee so far… …

Its 2022 and this company has no way to check your bill online. My bill got lost in the mail this past month and it was so frustrating to not have any way to check the amount that I owed. I really wish they would collect themselves and find a way to update their services.
