My card got declined when it had money in it, usually this happens to question a previous transaction. I go to call customer service to see what’s going on with my card. I’ve been on “hold” with no one answering for 40 min. TERRIBLE.
Simply horrible experience when dealing with them. Avoid! Update – just as bad as ever. Forms that I’ve faxed to them before for access have been lost apparently – have to go through the process again. Fairly incompetent people in my experience.
