This establishment is full of inept, clueless and rude morons. From start to finish they screwed up almost everything, not sending paperwork, not getting authorization for treatment—you name it and they failed it. People beware
Because of a small accident, their adjusters claimed it twice. So basically looking like I had two accidents not one!

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced….their insured blew a light totaling my car. They will not ever return my calls and it’s been 3 months and it’s still not settled.
Was involved in a hit and run over 2 months out of work no claim for lost wages or anything gives you the complete run around while your family starve and still expect their payments this company is not worth doing business with run run run and keep running just pay a higher premium with less of a headache.
These crooks have been avoiding me for over 2 weeks regarding a claim i submitted regarding one of their drivers. I was rear-ended by a semi truck. every time i call i get put to a voicemail. No emails returned etc. IT WASN’T MY CHOICE TO BE HIT BY YOUR INCOMPETENT DRIVER.

They were very nice from the start. Tyler was the man’s name I mostly delt with. They took care of the issue very quick and professional. Nobody wants to deal with these situations they made the process a hole lot easier.
