The Loan Department (Susan Rimer and Samantha Horseman) is represented well by these two individuals. Very knowledgeable, helpful and prompt when responding to my inquiries.

When I opened my account I did not order checks. I just need one for now. They were able to print me one. Then offered to order me some. Thanks.
Be careful with courtesy pay. They paid the bill my name wasn’t involved and I couldn’t claim it back. The amount I have to pay back now is $1700 that is way more they allow by courtesy pay limit.
This is the most hard to work with financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. I will be pulling my money out ASAP.
I’ve been using this bank for about 6-8 months and i’ve not had a single issue out of the place. Nice staff, do as i ask, answer my questions and in general simply works properly. The other reviews pan this place as horrible but for me it’s been the opposite.

the ladies at this credit union are extrordinarey and help with all issues that could arise i strongly recommend banking with this instution. side note the ladies in the indirect auto loan dept are the best.
The customer service is spotty which also includes the management. In addition, they have ridiculous fees attached to the accounts regarding how to use your own money. For this to be a credit union there’s no real benefit for the customers. …
I wish I could give this place a negative star rating. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a bank. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to get my own money from them and all I receive is a run around and excuses why I can’t. I advise everyone not to use or have any dealing with these people they are nothing but crooks .

Our experience with GTKY has been excellent. It is hard to comprehend the negative reviews, especially with regard to rudeness. I have never encountered a rude person–in fact, people are extremely polite. Are these critical reviewers simply projecting their own rudeness onto others?

Ive had good experiences at gtky the only complaint that i have as of 11182019 is the hours of operation. Either open earlier than 9am or stay open later than 4pm for the people that work past 4pm. Thank you i appreciate you taking my review into consideration
