Website states “we accept all walk-ins! No appointment necessary!” Just for me to drive there and be told that they doesn’t take ANY walk-ins. Ridiculous.

My son went into Sylvania Urgent Care for an evaluation of pleuritic chest pain. He was taken care of immediately; had a chest x-ray and an EKG (which were all normal!) He was treated promptly and professionally. We were both impressed by this facility and it’s employees.
When I told the receptionist that the person who had just come in needed immediate attention, (She couldn’t see him, and he was in line behind us.) they were out to check on him within seconds. I’ve been here many times over the past several years and had a good experience every time. When you have kids, you know that for some reason they only have medical emergencies when you can’t get them into their regular doctor. This place is open late and 7 days a week. All of the staff are great.
My daughter and myself were both seen here on Saturday, the staff were excellent, caring, and very understanding of our situation. They were very compassionate and patient with my sick 5 year old and also myself, being the tired sick mama. We will go here for all of our urgent care needs in the future!
